Hi there. Love the Orewa beach 🏖️. Went there last week with the my wife and my daughter. It was so beautiful. Weather was beautiful. Nice and sunny 😎. My family just loved it. We had a great day at Orewa. We came from all the way from Mangere East.

Orewa Beach. So beautiful and great for all families and Dog walkers. Public toilets are clean! And they have an outdoor shower to wash off sand. Great family day out. Remember to always wear a hat and sunscreen. 😀

Although there was a very good crowd, cleaniness was maintained. The toilets was clean. The life guards was there. Parking was in and out. There should be more eating places on the beach, there was just one. It's food was good.

Great selection of food and drinks to spend a day at the beach. Coffee's are excellent and we'll priced at $5 for a medium size. The gorgeous ladies made my day!

Really beautiful spot for lunch on a nice day. Good selection of beers on tap, good ice cream selection, excellent friendly service, and decent food, especially the fish and chips. But don't expect restaurant quality grub, it's pretty much all deep fried fare. Plenty of seating, with an upstairs area and an ocean-facing balcony with 4 or 5 tables. Lovely place to hang out on a sunny day.

This is the only true beachfront place in Orewa and surrounding area. Downstairs is a cafe/bar/restaurant with mostly high table seating and a TV showing surfing or sport. Good background music and a couple of craft beers available on tap. There is also an upstairs with indoor and outdoor seating. Waitresses and bar staff are friendly and efficient. I haven't eaten there lately but it was busy on Saturday afternoon. There is a small enclosed beer garden at the rear.

Just went in for an ice cream but found the young girl that served me was very pleasant when I made comment about how large the ice cream was there was a pleasant response also asked if I could sit inside reply yes please do experience very pleasing

rain showers but that didn't stop the two bus loads to children engaged in activities... looked like they were having a fantastic time with the lifeguards.. the sand on this beach is so soft and fine. lots of facilities and playgrounds..

I had a Garlic Prawn & Smashed Avocado Salad - YUM!! All of our party of 6 were well pleased with both their food & service. The menu sounded so good that it took awhile to finally decide what to eat. Its located right on the dune at Orewa beach, so the view is fantastic.

The description of this building is a Lifesaving Club's station, but is rather a cafe/restaurant that is located at the heart of Hibiscus Coast, Orewa river. I haven't personally eaten at this place, but the view from the outside of this building is good, and has a good vintage rustic feel overall. I will try out this place the next time I visit here.

Great food, excellent service. The staff went out of their way for us. A special l thanks to Sarah who helped with an extra cake decoration. And to her collegue ( don't know his name ) who was very helpful.

It surprises me in establishments that have 3+ staff on that you still have to order from the bar when there are no other patrons present and when asking for water told to get it yourselves from the corner. Hence the 3 stars is purely for the view, the ok fries & ok burger my friend had. Service - well there is none here.

Took my family to the Surf Club for dinner. Was blown away by the service and food. The meal was fantastic. One of the best chicken burgers I have tried. Im not usually the type of person to leave a review however the guy running the bar ( AJ ) deserves 5 stars. From serving at the bar, clearing tables , making ice cream and coffees, table service , the works, he aced the job . Well Done Orewa Surf Club. We will be back.

If you and your family or group of friends orrrrr....your on your own and looking for a place to enjoy the sun and and water...orewa is the place. Heaps of parking if your early, there's seating areas for a feed, playgrounds, and yummy food and icecream at Firidas icecream and cafe and heaps of other neat eateries in the Beautiful small township. Just watchful of where you can swim( swim between the flags). And take your rubbish and anything else you bought with you. Kiaora.

A fantastic dedicated group of people making our beaches safer! Orewa beach, in my opinion, is the best New Zealand beach and one that I visit as often as I can. The lifesaving club arranges regular activities and do a great job of keeping both locals and visitors safe.

I love this place. I love the atmosphere. It was really busy on Sunday but you can get anything there...coffee, food, alcohol and even met some nice locals to chat too!

Walk there nearly everyday, only takes 30 minutes from Surf Club to South and back or approx 60 minutes from Surf Club to North End and back try to do this most days as it is beautiful
