Good service. Arrived when promised. A little on the pricey side but got the job done.

I rang Appliance Rescue, to get an estimate to fix our current 20 year old Hob which required an element replacement. As it turned out it was going to be cheaper to replace the hob (as we don't want ceramic anymore, but getting conventional elements) which are a lot cheaper to buy. I asked if Appliance Rescue could give me some advice on the brand to get and whether they could fit the replacement. They came back and said which brand to get and best to get an electrician, because there might have to be some wiring alterations. I could not fault them on there prompt responses and the honest advice that i received. Highly recommend Appliance Rescue as a reputable and honest company to deal with.

Absolutely no problem with this Company. I’ve used them before when the dishwasher had a crack along the front a new part was ordered and then fixed. I had to use Appliance Rescue again as the washing machine didn’t sound too good. I was told that someone would call me before turning up of which they did after I said I would be home after a certain time it was no problem. Brent fixed the machine on the spot no dramas. Yes I had to pay on the day but I don’t have a problem with that.
