Great place to stay, three pools, spas, library, gym, table tennis, snooker /billiards table, so much to do, fabulous units, in a street off the main street, shops down the road and the wharf at the end of the street, plenty of tours still to go on, hole in the rock, bus trip to Cape Reinga and fishing trips, well worth the visit

Top spot. Lovely accommodation, location and facilities and the peace and quite " feel the serenity ".

Really pretty place, although there isn't too much to do other than dine and eat, and go swimming. Other attractions are incredibly expensive and are tourist prices.

Average tidy accommodation. Internet coverage not the best, you can chill out in the lovely pool area but no food or drink allowed which seems odd for a resort. Overall the resort could do with a refresh and rules revised.

Great stay for a holiday, however time shares are a thing of the past. Lots of fun activities to do, however they still advertise a pool table and it wasn't there. Also the tap water tastes of dirt. Still, good holiday resort.

Fantastic holiday destination. Great setup, nice and roomy. Staff were on hand when we arrived and provided us with what we wanted. View from our diningroom was perfect. Thank You Club Paihia...

Our stay was sadly interrupted by a change in Covid-19 level but we thoroughly enjoyed the couple of days we spent here. The whole resort is beautifully maintained with lovely clean pools and spas. Didn't have a chance to use any of the equipment on offer (ie bikes) but would assume that was good too. We had a studio unit and although it was on the lower level (under two units and next to another) it was well sound-proofed and we only heard the occasional footfall from upstairs. The units themselves were well presented, clean and fresh. Excellent water pressure, air conditioning and bed. Would definitely go back.

This place is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. We had the best room. Our outdoor seating was private overlooking the trees not somebody else's room. Our dining also was the same. Our room was 100% private. Downfall....covid... cancelled flight.

Paihia is a lovely place to visit and a nice beach with lots of good shops and nice restaurants.

Excellent location a block from downtown Paihia district of shops and restaurants, the beaches, and the bay. Also the passenger ferry to Russell leaves from the pier right down the street. There are small grocery stores nearby and a big one about 1k down the street. Nice condo unit with one decent size bedroom and queen bed, plus a sofa bed. Clean and well appointed. Small kitchen in the corner of the living room. Lots of windows and light. Two patios, one on either side of the unit. Resort is on a slope so some units have steps to get to them. There is a free washer and dryer in the bottom of each building for those units. There are hot tubs all over, a pool, a walking trail, tennis courts and other stuff to play with. The ding is for the desk staff being rather snippy with a lack of interest. There is no housekeeping visit during the week we were there and we were told that if we wanted clean towels to wash them ourselves. Or there was a fee to exchange them.

Nice place. Winter so not at peak bookings. Really good for summer break

The kids absolutely loved playing in the pools of varying heat (I personally didn't brave the cold one) and there are spas scattered all around as well as a great park and walking/bike tracks. The rooms are well set up and tidy and modern. We had a really great stay!

Anyone with physical conditions may find it very challenging as hills an sloped everywhere. Otherwise, it is very well equip for family and the units are nicely presented with private views..

Wonderful location. The best in Paihia. Quiet yet close to shops and water. Outstanding facilities: pool, several spa pools around the property, laundries with washing machines and driers. Each unit had a fully equipped kitchen, dining and balcony. The only disappointment are the beds...cheap quality and quite uncomfortable.

Very clean and tidy and very quite. Good size rooms and you have all the appliances at your hand. It is always something to do there regardless of the season. There are spas , heated pools, tennis court, playground for kids, function room, petong, table tennis , pool, BBQ, bikes, kayaks. Great location as It is just 5 min walk to the beach and to Paihia Centre, so you are preaty much in the middle of the action. There is a special place for parking your boat and place where to wash your boat if you need it. I really recommend the place.

Love this place. It's total comfort here and everything says quality,comfort and care it's close to shops and ferry to Russell. Beach walks and walking distance from Waitangi. The apartment us well equipped and beautifully furnished and decorated.

A well-run resort with compact but well organised apartments. We were near the pool and reception area so it was easy to walk to the shops and restaurants. There is a lovely boardwalk up the hill of the site to an orchid house with some seating areas which would be great for relaxing in warm weather. The information session on the area, organised by the resort, was very useful with a range of tour operators giving talks and facilities for booking tours. When we were not out visiting the area we found the apartment was comfortable for relaxing as it was light and sunny with a view into trees.

Really nice apartment but no view except trees wasn't the greatest, but there were a few birds flying around which was nice. Also being the most furtherest apartment away from the road on the side of a large hill meant you had alot of steep stairs to have to go up and down all the time and everytime you wanted to go out you had to use your car. Not having wi fi in the room was yet another challenge.

Stayed here every year for 11 years. Rooms always quiet clean tidy and with all the necessities for a great holiday. Location is excellent.

Definitely worth the stay. Loved it. Kids loved the heated pools. Shame Tennis court closed.

Lovely spot. Great accomadation facilities and service.. The only negative was the pool is very hard to access and would not suit everyone. Steps to top and hottest pool are too steep so limit options.

Lovely accommodation; plenty of space for 5 adults. The drive I a bit of a challenge for some people to walk.

Apartment was beautiful pools great, near shopping and activities. Only thing hard was walking up the driveway other than that had a wonderful time there

Worked there for 6 years very lovely place, inside games, relaxing warm pools, tennis courts, children's play ground and bicycle hire.

A great week . The units are designed perfectly for the sun and fabulous bush views I always enjoy the bush walk and orchid house.

Always enjoy staying here.

Club Paihia is great place to choose to stay. I think the resort was intended and designed with families in mind. However I think older folk stay here more. Quit quiet. The pools and spas are fantastic, virtually void of other people around, so we enjoyed the pools by ourselves. Other facilities are top notch too. Convenient to shopping and close distance to the supermarket and the beaches. We had a few niggles about safety/hand rails not being on outdoor stair ways, and nor nothing to hold onto in the shower. Saw one golf cart, and I think if guests didn't have a car, the resort could offer a service to take guests up the hill after they check in, or even if they rang reception for a ride down the hill. I hope I get the opportunity to stay here again.
