Dave was absolutely excellent with helping us choose our new bed. He gives you enough information without hovering which is a welcome change to other retail places. We're really happy with our new bed. Delivery was a breeze and it was far more affordable than other places we looked at.

The customer service here was excellent with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We visited then checked out other places. We were so impressed with the prices we went back to purchase our new bed here. We liked that they are a New Zealand made company.

Dave is an excellent salesperson and has extensive knowledge over mattresses and the orthopedic benefits that different types have. He is super friendly and honest and I would recommend to see him. We have purchased a great mattress and base for our first home and we got a very good deal.

Incredible service by all the staff & knowledge of their products. We purchased a mattress & unfortunately we had ordered the wrong size. They were so accomodating in allowing us to return it & swap it for the correct size. Would absolutely recommend shopping here & we will be back for future purchases.

Loving the new king sized bed purchased from Dave. He was awesome to deal with, friendly and accomdating. We were able to communicate with even on his day off. If we were to buy a bed again definitely go thru him

We recently purchased a bed from Beds4U in Palmerston North. Frances was incredibly helpful and great to deal with. We got an excellent price for my daughters bed. We just had to call in, tell her our budget and what type or mattress we were after and she pointed out the best options - within literally 5 minutes we had chosen one and were going through the checkout process. Can't recommend them enough.

Frances was our salesperson. She was really friendly but definitely not pushy and listened well so was able to give us lots of options. The other thing we liked was the really good follow-up. We ended up making a super choice. We really appreciated the old mattress removal too. Thanks a lot and we'd certainly recommend the PN shop (and especially Frances).

Would recommend this place to anyone! 100% happy with the purchase. After looking around many other stores, this place could not be beaten for quality, value & service! I went there sometime last year to look at beds. I wanted an affordable yet comfortable mattress, and I was running out of options of finding one in my budget by the time I moved into my flat. But thankfully, with the help from the wonderful lady in the palmy store, I got a wonderful mattress and base and it is still going strong to this day. They are so kind in there and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful service from start to finish. We purchased a headboard. The staff wrapped it so it would not get damaged as we were transporting it home. Were helpful as we needed extra long bolts. Would recommend this store for your next bed or accessory purchase. Thank you to the staff at this store

I looked all over Palmy for beds, looked high and low. When I entered Beds4u I was welcome by a lovely lady who went in-depth about everything about beds that I never knew; other stores didn't even touch the detail she went into and I knew at that point I was going to be well looked after. When I ordered the bed, it was quick and painless. I was told the delivery date and it showed up that day. Would recommend Beds4u any day.

We're really happy with the mattress Frances helped us to choose; and, the price and service she gave us was excellent too. So glad we made the effort to drive to Palmerston North to 'mattress shop'.

My husband and I had been all over Palmy looking for a new bed and couldn't go past the beds at beds 4 u! The service was amazing, they go out of their way to help you and check in on you later too! They do the bed removal aswell which made life so much easier on our end. Definitely recommend:)

This lady, not only was she very helpful in accommodating to my specific needs she went that extra mile to ensure that replacement and delivery of items was well communicated at all times. My husband was greeted by two delivery people who had driven down from Auckland that morning who were very efficient and professional as they quickly went about their task. Bed 4 U.....thank you. I would definitely recommend coming here for your next purchase for bedding purchase. Great pricing with a good range of products. But the thing that sold me was the CUSTOMER SERVICE.
