Had a great visit, friendly helpful staff. Hope they do ok with passport scheme. To many people already hurting from the way things have been managed without crippling business further and isolating community's and marginalising people.

The men who served us were cool and and in great spirits were optimistic and kept a smile on their face and provided excellent customer service. And of course the facility has a great variety of games to play.

Who doesn’t love a good bowl? Even on a busy day with most of the lanes being used it wasn’t noisy and didn’t feel like you were getting into the way of each other. Had side rails for young kids plus a roll assist. 20 lanes and a few arcade games to take a break from the bowling. Plus free delivery of Hells Pizza to here.

A fun way to enjoy time with your friends and family or partner, no matter your age! And a few other games that can be enjoyed before and after your bowling. Admittedly a few out of order games though. Staff are friendly, toilets are a bit smelly as well. But overall enjoyable!

Awesome for parties, arcade and bowling. The party room is open which makes it difficult if you want to leave your stuff(cake presents bags) in there. It's a great venue with a great atmosphere.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, cool vibe, only down side couldn't get a strike lol :) Nice friendly staff that helped fix a technical error, good condition equipment, and clean area. Cool atmosphere with the old arcade machines lining the walls. Nice range of snacks and beverages, and Hell's delivers there for free. Prices are pretty reasonable. Definitely recommend for family, friends, couples to go to.

I don't know if people looking for reviews might be interested in this view, but there's an angle to any leisure activity that needs to be discussed. That's inclusivity, accessibility, openness. I rock up to Bowlarama with a severely disabled child who, though gorgeous, presents plenty of interesting challenges. I never experience anything other than welcome and acceptance from the staff, who have formed great relationships with her. For us, this is a fun safe place to go. She rolls in the way she rolls and plays the video games and air hockey and can take an hour to complete a game. But it's all okay. We are welcome and they let us know it. Thanks guys!

Great place my family goes all the time and we enjoy ourselves. Would have given 5 stars but the customer service is crappy most of the time. Sometimes you get ignored or an eyeroll of they are busy talking to each other. One guy makes you feel like your interrupting him from his life and is not good with kids at all. It is a shame about the customer service we would probably go more often.

Staff are super friendly, the prices are pretty good for bowling and the place overall is really fun and clean. The bowling balls are all up to standard and the screens and systems are fun and very similar to the old ones at Skycity Hamilton, there are also some arcade games and pool tables there.

Yeah nah, top quality place for some decidedly average bowling (at least on my part). Highest score I ever got was 13. Nearly as many arcade games as a ‘90s Timeout. Only downside is that juice is $4.

Great place to take your friends and do more than just drink! Bowling and drinking is safe to do and it's fun. They've got pool and air hockey and a few other games available for people if you're not bowling. Alcoholic beverages available. I think the place is a bit let down by the service, one staff member I've found rude and another quite apathetic.

Fun place to play tenpin, didn't matter whether you're fairly useless at it (like me) or good, everyone had a good time. Only bugbear was they don't take credit card, only debit cards or cash.
