E.I hired a small digger from HireWays for the weekend and I managed to put a hole in a hose which rended the machine unusable.
I phoned HireWays late Saturday afternoon and they send out Mike who turned up very quickly and he had to drive an hour to where I was. Nothing was too much trouble, he fixed the machine and then gave me a lesson on how to use it more efficiently.
I expected them to say that they would come fix it on Monday, but they were there straight away. Great service from all at HireWays.
They far exceeded my expectations.
