I rang Leppard Electrical Appliance Services to find out about re-gassing an old (small) chest freezer I was given. I was not ready for the AMAZING wealth of knowledge I was given. Right up front I was told they didn't do re-gassing, but then was given the run down on what types of gas are used, and how to find the information on the freezer. I was absolutely blown away with the knowledge, customer service, and time given to a 'non paying' customer. I will definitely be keeping Leppard on speed dial for any appliance issues I have in the future!

I would 100% recommend Leppard Electrical to everyone. Washing Machine packed up over the weekend. Rang at about 9am Monday and all fixed by 10.15am. Very polite and professional and reasonable fees. Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks

Our dishwasher wasn't working. I dropped it off to Brett's workshop at 8am, at 1pm I got the call that it was repaired and ready for pickup. Good price, quick and friendly service.

Absolutely blown away by Brett's service! Our dishwasher broke over lockdown, and we asked him to come and fix it - unfortunately the piece needed was going to have to come from England and might take 2-3 months. Brett has kindly repaired an old dishwasher that he had that was not being used, and given it to us as a loan machine whilst we wait for the part to come for our original machine. Exceptionally responsive, and went out of his way (multiple trips to and from our rural address) to help us at no cost - couldn't recommend him more highly!

Would definitely recommend Leppard's services. Very polite & decent, quick to find & fix the problem, great communication & service. Thoroughly good all-round, old-fashioned service. Came out to Ashhurst at the drop of a hat. Would be hard to beat for service.

I contacted Brett late yesterday afternoon as have a very old oven and the door handle had come off and it wasn't sealing properly. As a pensioner I didn't really want to buy a new or even second hand oven. Brett arrived this morning and had the problem fixed within a very short time. It is now working more effectively than it was when I came to live here 9 years ago! I am so grateful for his promptness, simple explanations that I could understand and his efficient service. I would highly recommend him.

Brett came out to our house and managed to fix our washing machine rather quickly. The total cost also came in below what we expected to pay, so another reason to give the full 5 stars...
