S.I love this new hotel in Palmerston North just a block off the square. Everything is brand spanking new! The bedsit style suites is so refreshing when you travel for work and having a fully functioning kitchen as well as a washing machine and dryer in your unit is epic! No onsite restaurant but plenty outside the front door or on Uber Eats. Friendly staff and most important, air conditioning for the muggy summer months.
F.Stay was average . Shower changed every 10 seconds hot to cold .
Bed was OK. Kitchen facility were great however some better instructions on using microwave / oven could be left for guest.. Aircon was bit Noisy.
E.Great stay, spacious and clean room with everything you might need. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend, good price compared to other local accommodation.
S.Absolutely my favourite place to stay in Palmerston North, Modern, Clean, atheistically pleasing, gentleman on reception is super, pleasant, accommodating, will definitely be finding an excuse to stay here again. The breakfast packs are perfect, great value, highly recommend.
T.Room was fantastic, bed super comfortable, great location. Unfortunately didn't look like the shower trap had been cleaned out for quite some time. Otherwise everything was super.
A.Awesome stay for 3 nights, frustrating thing was getting there at 2pm from work to jump into a zoom meeting and my room hadn't been serviced yet, otherwise its a lovely place to stay at.

L.Lovely warm welcome at reception. Room perfect for night it two. King-size bed, heat pump, dishwasher, stove top, washing machine and tumble dryer (perfect when on a road trip!). Kettle doesn't work too well but that's minor. All the bells and whistles (literally - the washing machine plays a tune when cyclefinished.) Great place. Would visit again.
A.Well after been treated like S!&t at another motel. We turned up here to ask if they had anything available. Dude at the front desk could not have treated us better. Modern clean rooms. Highly recommend this place and will be the first place if I ever come back
D.I stayed for almost 3 weeks. They were amazing. I stayed in the accessibility room as i am in a wheelchair. The room was amazing. loads of room. The only problem I had was the door. I know it is a fire safety door but, it is a heavy door and it was not easy to open.

k.The Quest once again lived up to expectations, great staff and excellent rooms. I have an affinity with The Quest as I've stayed regularly at the Auckland Quest. BUT one thing it would be great if the rooms had a window that opens or a balcony like the Auckland Quest. Otherwise brilliant.
B.Very nice accom. Close to Countdown for supplies. Out of hours arrival and departure (reception only open in bus hours). Very comfortable foe a week's stay.

S.Nice stay. Arrived late but easy check in. Ordering food was confusing however. I didn’t have the manual they referred to in the room so had no idea how to order.
C.This was the best hotel/ apartment I have stayed in, in PN. It is modern and tidy throughout. Close to town, there are restaurants and shops in walking distance. They also have free movies on their TV which was great.
Check with them for deals as they have amazing deals but you will only know if you contact them in advance

Good kitchenette, great views across Palmy, awesome shower and a recommendation provided for the best steakhouse I have visited in years. My only complaint was the double bed that was two singles pushed together - something that seems much to common in recent years.

Parking is a major draw back will fit a small car or motorcycle but large suv or 4x4 will severely struggle. Staff friendly and clean. M.I am not sure how much it costs because I stayed there on corporate money, but I have to say that the service goes above and beyond! The kitchen in my apartment was very well equipped and front staff are just a pleasure to deal with 100% of the time, no matter who was working. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone staying in Palmy for a day or few weeks :)

B.Room was nice and comfortable, but there was a strange smell in the hallway that lasted the whole weekend.
Also, the 6am fire drill was not fun in the 4 degree weather.
The key safe in the lobby for after-hours check outs was wide open (and unlockable) so about as effective as just leaving my room key on a park bench somewhere.

K.A clean but weirdly placed room. There were no windows apart from one frosted in the bathroom. The bedroom was so small the door wouldn't shut because of the bed, and no washing machine or drier, only directions to a laundry ok 4 th floor. Interesting... clean and friendly staff saved this rating.

L.Quite OK hotel in the central. They accept AMEX which is good. The rooms are nice and tidy but only glass window which can't be opened. Don't forget to ask for Wifi code. They don't provide it unless you ask for it.
D.The room is slightly small for more than 2 people, kitchen facility is available and the room is very clean. Checking in is slightly weird after hours but there was a staff there as it was a long weekend. The lock on the room door need some figuring out as there isn't any indication of if the door is actually locked (when you're inside since you can still open the door when it is in locked position).

T.Studio room for $120 NZD per night. Clean room with stove top, fridge, microwave, and complimentary coffee/tea. The "king size bed" was actually two smaller mattresses pushed together and the "LCD TV" was a very small, very old, square, LCD monitor (probably around 18"). Also, the wifi is not included in the price of the room.
t.Great affordability clean spacious appartments and studios definitely enjoyed my stay only thing i could moan about and this is nit picking but more hot chocolate would be nice as only had 1 in our room.

Y.(Translated) The crockery is very comprehensive, from electronic equipment, air conditioning, TV, mp3 player, refrigerator, dishwasher, iron, toaster, water boiler, etc. Best Kitchen set ever for traveling from cutting boards to graters & wipes. The system is double security door. Very safe. It is located in the city center (The Square). Oh yes, the receptionist was not 24 hours so if you want to check in after hours prior to arrival first contact until confirmed to explain the arrival of our after hours. I will definitely returning!

Peralatannya sangat komplit, dari peralatan elektronik, AC, TV, mp3 player, kulkas, dishwasher, setrika, panggangan roti, water boiler, etc. Best Kitchen set ever selama traveling dari talenan sampe parutan & lap ada. Sistemnya double security door. Aman sekali. Letaknya strategis di tengah kota (The Square). Oh ya, resepsionisnya tidak 24 jam jadi kalau mau check in after hours sebelum arrival kontak dulu sampai terkonfirmasi untuk menerangkan kedatangan kita yang after hours. I will definitely returning!
