Marivic in travel x Palmerston North is so super helpful and professional. My family overseas sends money as gifts and I drive up from a different town and she is always helpful and finds solutions to any issue. 10/10 customer service.

Marivic was 100/10. I loved her service. However, it was very difficult to get the money exchanged. Due to the work and break hours being identical to my own. So I will end up needing to go there 4 times for what should of been 2 visits. Please Travelex train someone to cover the breaks at the agency, so people who aren’t able to get the money can. On two occasions the other people at The House of Travel we incredibly rude and dismissive towards my dilemma, when all I needed was to pick up some money.

After attempting to get my foreign currency exchanged several times (thwarted by opening hours) I was finally able to get into the Travelex office and get my cash exchanged. Marivic, the teller, was courteous and professional. I required two forms of ID for the exchange which can be drivers license, passport, or bank statement (unsure of other permissible forms of ID). Note that your ID is retained by travelex for government anti-money laundering purposes.

I've have always love and appreciate Marivic service in Palmerston North. She really give fantastic customers services 1st, My phone was went flat before I gave her my MNTC number, I had go home which was 40mins away to recharge it.. She check with her cellphone to see if we had the same connection, so I didnt have to travel. 2nd, I needed internet to contact family to ensure I had the right details and she suggested using the free-wifi. 3rd, I was collect funds from family overseas as my daughters birthday gift, Marivic put it in a travelex page for my 10 year old. It's those little things that make life a little easier. She's amazing, always warm and welcoming. Keep her on Travelex. X
