Rajesh was very thorough and informative and I think he did a great job and the price was reasonable. He fixed both dish drawers and now they work perfectly. He seemed really trustworthy and followed appropriate COVID safety protocols in our home. Would definitely recommend and will use again if any other appliance breaks down!

They picked up the phone when I called (unlike other companies I called first who had a messaging service and never called me back). I was able to book in fast within a couple of days for a Saturday morning visit. They accommodated my request to turn up earlier in the morning if they could because we had to go out at lunch. Communication throughout was fantastic. Rajesh turned up early, as we'd hoped he could. He was polite and respectful to us and our home. He worked quickly and cleanly and got straight to the issue. I found him to be honest, hard working and polite. I'd highly recommend them to anyone and will be definitely using them again if I need too.

I needed my microwave fixed,The microwave worked perfectly,but the door latch broke and I couldn't open the door on my microwave,So I called Hi-Tech Appliance Service,Ramesh Khemani came to fix it,He was very professional,fixed my microwave in less than a half an hour,and charged very affordable amount,I was very pleased with his work and if I need to will certainly get him again,Thank you very much Rajesh.😊👍

Gaggenau Oven repair. Rajesh saved us $6,000 by being able to fix our 10 year Gaggenau oven Control Board with some fault tracing then soldering in a $1 part to bring it back to new!! This was after we spent $400 with a Gaggenau technician who took months to tell us it was unrepairable as the part was no longer available worldwide and we would need to buy a new oven. The tale about Gaggenau's terrible customer service is much longer, however this a story about lovely Indian man who fixed our oven for $166.75, including his callout fee, time, other materials and the $1 resisitor, which he had in his van! Rajesh and Sara make a good team. Booked a service call for my parents place and confirmed the time with Sara asap. Rajesh helped my folks with induction cooker , oven and dish washing. We tapped Raj to try and fix our washing machine, and he was so professional, polite, sensible, and honest throughout the entire process. Unfortunately our machine had run the course of its short life, but Raj was so knowledgeable and gracious and shared with us possible next steps so we get the best value for our next machine. Like the other review, he probably took a loss on the job he did for us, but I truly believe that what was important for Raj was transparency with his customers and making sure our hard earned money is put to best use. We will not hesitate to reach out to Raj again should we run into other appliance problems!

Called after our washing machine packed in and the team managed to fit us in for a visit the very next day. Excellent communication from Rajesh on the day, letting me know when he was heading over. On site, he was just brilliant - my hero saving the day so I could get my washing done! He was efficient, professional, respectful and I was comfortable having him in my home during the pandemic. He showed me what had broken in the machine and even had the spare part with him. After many other providers refusing to even look at my little Daewoo washing machine, Hi-Tech Appliance Services made my week! :)

Had a very positive interaction with Raj - his advice was sound and his prices reasonable. Sadly the machine couldn't be fixed which was only discovered when the seals were removed but he helped me source alternatives and probably took a loss on the whole job. I would certainly use his services again.

Apart from fixing our Oven, spent considerable time explaining proper use of oven controls which I’d been using incorrectly ....and even got some great oven cooking tips. Obviously a great cook too!! I have been very happy with Rajesh's work. We have used Hitech a few times over the last couple of years. He recently came round to fix our dishwasher (within 24 hours). He fixed it in 10 minutes and therefore the price was kept to a minimum. He has also fixed a tumble dryer, which is still working well and an oven in our rental property. I appreciate that he approaches his work with regard to ensuring value for money for his clients. I would highly recommend Hi-Tech for their services and will happily use them in future.

Had the F&P guy come round how told us our oven was broken and not fixable. Rajesh from Hi-Tech Appliances just re-calibrated our oven tested all functions and gave us an excellent run down on the main functions. Saved us buying a new oven - super helpful and way more knowledgeable than the f&p guys (it was an f&p oven). I’d use these guys again in an instant.
