A.Gibby and Kirsten were brilliant. From start to finish, the process was easy, quick and very professional. Gibby went above and beyond...replacing a few other pieces in the oven and even brought my mail down to the house (country living and long driveways)!!! I'd happily recommend Gibby and Kirsten to anyone and would definitely use them again (saved them to speed dial) ;)
I went to cook dinner one night and the oven wasn't heating. I did some google searching and nothing I could do myself. I called a few local repair places (Kapiti) to arrange a call out.
Gibby booked me in a few days later (busy means high demand!) after a quick back and forth for some basic trouble shooting, I was able to use bake, but not fanbake! He was also able to get the part we needed fixed! He arrived on time and ten mins later I had a working oven. He went above and beyond! Replacing light bulbs and even brought my mail down to the house, what a champ!
T.I've used Gibby on three seperate occasions and he's done a great efficient job all times. He's friendly, professional and on time. Very informative about how to prevent problems reoccurring too. Cheers!
