Great place for kids, historical railcar and locomotives, old time 🎥 highly recommend to visitors. Check running times to get the best experience. 100 year anniversary of ab699 this year!

Exceptional experience, highly recommended. The volunteers were so friendly and informative and willing to show us anything we asked about. They even allowed our son to pull the whistle in the engine and welcomed our puppy onboard so nobody had to miss out while an adult waited in the car with him. We visited on a whim but would now recommend visiting to anyone.

Amazing work by this group of volunteers to re-lay this track and have such a wonderful feature for their community. I only saw one steam engine, but this has been beautifully restored.

Great work by all the staff and volunteers to create a working display
Well worth a visit but allow time to see all the working models and turn back the clock to an older era of life and transportation.
Moderate charges and the offer of a annual membership.

Steam train junkies- rejoice!
No, seriously, one of the coolest train museums, and most importantly- you can ride an actual, working steam train.

What a great place.
Shame the town it self didn't have a cafe or even the Railway station.
