R.Only managed to go up to the end of level 4. So sore now. Level 3 was okay but level 4 was terrifying. You definitely need good upper body strength for level 4, and being taller than 160 cm would be better.
S.A bit pricey... but if you want a challenge and to test your self. This would be the place to go 😊
