E.Honestly 10/10 recommend this business if you are buying a bed. It was such an easy process to buy the bed, especially as I was moving from another city and they were so helpful over the phone. Secondly when it came to delivery they went above and beyond. It was tricky round a corner and the railing had to be removed but they persevered and got it upstairs so I’m just so thankful! They also have left me with some tips if I was to move and shift the bed. Highly highly recommend :)

U.Andy at BedsRus was fantastic. Andy was super informative, providing us all the necessary information we needed to make a decision; but at no time was he pushy. We spent over an hour in the shop, but never felt like we were a nuisance with all of our questions. Andy was able to answer all our questions, he was super knowledgable and professional. He was able to talk through all of our options and work with us to narrow them down. We purchased a new bed for our new home and are super excited for it to arrive. I would highly recommend Andy and BedsRus Porirua.
S.Andy and Kara were phenomenal. They helped my friend and I pick the perfect chest of drawers. They were great explaining that some NZ made companies are willing to change the specs if they can do it on their machinery.
Their attitude and sense of humour really made for a great experience.
The shop itself was gorgeously styled leaving a very positive impression on us.

L.If you want to purchase a bed suited to your needs, ask for Andy! He showed great customer service, listened to what I was looking for & showed patience. 5 stars for that part.
The delivery guy however turned up alone, late after 6pm, was about to leave without assembling the king size base and headboard until queried. Said he had to rush back to pick up more beds and would return. Whilst waiting, I ended up assembling it. He did kindly take the rubbish though lol.

I don't normally extend thanks but the service you have provided me has been outstanding. From the moment we walked in the store you gave us the attention we required without being too in our faces.
You gave us the honest truth about the bed and sizes and how they all worked, manufacture, delivery etc
Its a day and night difference from a previous furniture supplier as you kept us posted right throughout the process and was straight up when there was a mix up.
Then to top if off you had the bed delivered and to my amazement event installed!!
The install team was very professional looking, friendly and knew what they were doing.
(again a massive difference from previous furniture deliveries)
Then they even took away all the packaging which was awesome as we got to enjoy the product without having to deal with getting the very large packaging away.
This has made for a very enjoyable experience from BedsRus so thank you again.

H.Kara was hilarious and helpful. She encouraged us to actually have a nap on the beds and we heavily enjoyed her light-hearted banter. She worked out a nice deal for us and had the bed in stock, so we took it away then and there. The bed was great, however we found the waterproof mattress protector actually hindered the breath-ability of the bed so we had a few really hot nights. After switching back to our other mattress protector, we have really been enjoying the bed. My back is really feeling the difference of a nice new bed.
T.We bought all new beds for our new home from BedsRus Porirua. What a great shopping experience. From the minute we walked into the shop we were made to feel welcome and were given lots of useful tips and advice.
Almost had a nap trying out the various beds as there was no pressure to "hurry up" even though it was nearly closing time. The after-sales service with delivery etc has also been great. We'd recommend this store to anyone wanting a new bed or beds.

You came across as very knowledgeable and genuine and such a pleasure to deal with. Subsequently you managed to sell me the rolls Royce bed that I didn’t even realise I needed, doubling the amount I was initially going to spend. Not many people can say they’ve gotten away with my money like that.
