F.We bought a new bed and were one of those customers who loved their current bed but just wanted a bigger size. We were super nervous about upgrading! Laura helped us choose one that was right and we signed a guarantee so if it wasn't right once we got it home we could return it and swap for a new bed. We used their approved mattress protector during this period. Will definitely shop from here again, it's so nice to see the same people and have personable, knowledge customer service.
A.Wonderful knowledge base and customer service! We were searching for a very specific bed for our daughter to match her sisters bed. Laura and her manager went above and beyond to research the best options, prices and their professional opinion to sell us the perfect mattress. Great communication throughout the entire process and we have one very happy little girl sleeping in her big girls bed. Would highly recommend to anyone!
D.This is the second time I have had dealings with Angela who owns this store, both times I have had awesome service, I have found her honest, patient and very knowledgeable about beds. I have not been the easiest customer to keep happy, but she has been most accommodating, and has always gone the extra mile to help me find a comfortable nights sleep. I highly recommend this place.
