한.The fixing staff was really rude even I was asking a questions he was shout at me at all the time and also both office staff and fixing staff are not good at answering phone. They need more customer service as friendly and nice. Need to be more trained for customer service.

K.Have used S & J Appliances a couple of times and have always found their repair staff to be competent, punctual and friendly. The only reason I haven’t awarded five stars is because their office staff can be difficult to contact and apparently do not return calls. If you can be patient enough get hold of them, you’ll get great service.
H.I rang S&J to get some help about which fridge I should buy. Barbara was a fount of information and incredibly helpful even though there was nothing to gain for their company by helping me. I have used this company for repairs in the past and would happily use them again. STRONGLY RECOMMEND
C.had a fridge which was fixed same day. They had to send away for a new pump which took 2weeks of going to my sister's to do washing fixed in the end (I hope).
P.Really great service, so easy to deal with. Fixed my appliance the morning after i phoned. Diagnosed the problem quickly and explained what they were doing and why it had happened. Would 100% use again.
B.Have used a number of times, great service, especially today, I phoned for a dishwasher repair at 2.50pm today they arrived at 3.20pm all fixed by 4.00pm. After all who wants to be doing all your dishes by hand over xmas. Fast and friendly and helpful, from lady on the ph to the service guys. GREAT WORK. L.The technicians arrived to fix my washing machine today, which was not spinning or draining. I found the men friendly, helpful and efficient at fixing the problem. They tidied up after themselves and gave me a recommendation on how to prevent the problem in the future. I would use the services of S and J appliances again.
