N.WOW! Simply stunning. You really cannot beat that view. We were two families of 10 and our accommodation was perfect to fit us extremely comfortably. Spotlessly clean, fantastic location walkable to town and well equipped (including games for the kids). Extremely responsive and helpful host. I highly recommend Aura Queenstown and have no hesitation recommending Aura for your stay in Queenstown. Thank you! We've made some amazing memories from our trip!
R.Julie was amazing. Professional throughout, she answered all of our questions promptly and gave us all the information we needed and much more. We immediately felt right at home, and great surprise of the welcome hamper when we arrived. Nice touch.
Our original booking had to be changed due to Covid restrictions, Julie sorted us with a voucher that could be transferred to a new booking as soon as she was able. Really appreciate the work given the circumstances.

S.Wonderful apartments. We have stayed in 3 of the beautiful apartments and we will stay again as the are immaculate, in fantastic locations, with stunning views.Everything we needed was provided so it was always easy to arrive and settle in. Communication with the host has always been prompt, kind, and nothing was a hassle. We had to re juggle from changing family commitments and covid and had no issues. I always recommend Aura to family and friends. Thank you for making our vacations so special and easy.

The booking process was made so easy with prompt and great communication. A few days before our stay we also received a lovely email asking if we wanted a welcome basket in our holiday apartment on our arrival and also came with some great recommendations! Such a nice touch!
The accommodation itself was lovely! Great location and it had everything we needed for our week there! We even had a midweek refresh of linen and towels.
The decor and interior of the apartment was so cosy, warming and inviting and had THE best chair for sitting in with a glass of wine whilst gazing out at the stunning lake and Remarkables.
I cannot fault Aura Queenstown in any way! We will be back to Queenstown again next year!

S.Julie is amazing
This is the 5th time we have used Aura and Julie once again pulled out all the stops to make our stay as amazing as possible.
Her business has been majorly affected by Covid but that has not stopped a service level A+, she went out of her way accommodate our newborn and made the stay for 5 days, just memorable.
I highly recommended if you are visiting Queenstown, book with Aura and Julie, she has amazing knowledge of Queenstown and surrounds, she will look after you.

D.Julie is incredibly easy to communicate with and very friendly. She manages a wonderful selection of homes, one of which I’ve been lucky enough to spend some time living in. I can’t fault her service nor could I the home I stayed in. Highly recommend Aura for anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Queenstown — you won’t be let down!
