We had a birthday party for my daughter here. Excellent facilities with efficient clean service. We played, had the party, Charlie and cake with birthday song then cleaned up all with military precision and ninja stealth. Everything we needed was taken care of. I loved that they anticipated our needs and I never had to prompt or request anything. The team are cohesive, hard working and professional. No mess is too big. I ordered one adult platter of wraps and sandwiches and had enough for twelve people! Both adults and kids had an awesome time!! Thank you team!

I've lost seven kids in here to date. The cheap pricing however makes me feel like I could lose an eighth! Would recommend, my kids seemed to be pretty happy before they disappeared. Could have a better adults menu but besides that exceptional service at chipmunks!

Came on Tuesday. Great place, all the staff and the students staff were all awesome. Efficient in cleaning, super nice at front reception, a young brunette at cafe till was nice and friendly, blonde girl and older brunette girl were nice with the kids. Hopefully see them all working more. Good vibe at the place. Thanks :)

Great place, play equipment is in excellent condition and extremely clean. Great range of foods on offer and they are very affordable considering its in Queenstown! Great for keeping the kids busy on those rainy days.

Some of the equipment was out of order and the food was pretty ordinary. Was very quiet so the kids had heaps of time to play and had a blast
