A very quiet lounge atmosphere. Great food and excellent service from the friendly staff. However it's located outside of security so you will need to manage your time before boarding, as it may take 10-15 minutes to get past security.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the Koru Lounge Team in Wellington, New Zealand. I was meant to fly in for a day visit. However, ended up stranded for 3 days due to the fog not lifting. It was an absolute emotional roller coaster and I cannot thank the Wellington Koru Team enough as they went over and above each day to try rebook our flights and remain calm. I personally want to thank Megan. Megan was phenomenal in just looking after me and providing the best support and keeping an eye out on all my flying options. No one has ever provided this incredible support and help ever! So thanks team AirNZ this really made the biggest difference!

Spacious lounge, plenty of seats and booth, 2 high chair, pram accessible through lift. Friendly staff, can order coffee from airnz app and pick up when u arrive. Plenty power plugs good for charging phones and laptops. Not too busy or crowded. Great place for a sip before flight.

Refurbishment a couple of years ago looks great. Clean tidy and staff are awesome as always. Happy to come back to the Airnz domestic lounge in Queenstown.

Only there briefly this time between connecting flights. Staff very pleasant and helpful as always. Been a member for some time. Unfortunately tho, sometimes they are very slow to changeover food between, say, breakfast & lunch. The same also applies later in the day. Have been in a position where food unavailable due to change over between my flights. This should be improved. Given everything tho, they do a superb job. Thanks.

Queenstowns NEW AIR NZ KORU lounge is world class given how small the actual town is. 35000 population with a multimillion dollar lounge... Guess with exploding tourist numbers... and an airport that is now operating at maximum capacity..... The new lounge was needed

Lounge was busy yet still plenty of seating zones to choose from. Alcove seating so comfy and relaxing. Even with covid precautions food was still available and Koru staff did a great job of serving efficiently, generously and friendly. Great wine selection. Not sure if more than one restroom but one by exit only had 2 toilets for the number of guests the lounge accommodates seems strange. Other than that a great lounge.

It can be a little busy at rush hours, but the food is generally good, the coffee well made, and there are some good wines too. Some of the seating is starting to get worn and tired though.

Arrived early, 3 flights before mine and they wouldn't let me fly early... Was invited to check in and told to go the the Koru lounge, that I pay a membership for, I was told I couldn't entre as I was too early... Checked my bags as top load, fragile and they told me to sign away their liability for damages because my ukulele was in there. Have spoken with 3 different staff, they all had varying opinions and when I went back to entre the lounge 3 staff at the door not one of them greeted me... all 6 Air New Zealand staff failed me in customer service today and I'm not even on the plane yet.
