Always a great experience. Charlotte listens and is very knowledgeable. I am always so happy when I leave the salon as she does a fabulous job. I have thick, curly (frizzy!) hair and I always leave with a cut that suits my hair and is easy to maintain, at a great price and my grays are gone !

Charlotte is professional and friendly. I can depend on her to match the desired color everytime, while keeping my hair healthy and strong. Charlotte listens closely and remembers requests and preferences for future appointments. We tried a fun, new cut and style and I've received so many compliments. I'm so glad I can trust Charlotte.

I went to see Charlotte for my first hair cut in over a year! I was struggling to find a hairdresser I trusted and then I found pretty painted manes...I was so happy with the results. Charlotte really listened and gave me a dream haircut. I'll be heading back for a colour soon!

I’ve been going to Charlotte for about 4 years now, and can always be reassured my hair is in good hands. She always understands what I’m after, remembers previous appointments and I’m always happy with every cut and style.

It's hard to find a good hairdresser in Queenstown and I have definitely found that in Charlotte. She always listens to what I have to say and works with my hair, resulting in a perfect haircut everytime! She is extremely professional and friendly and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Charlotte is fantastic! I struggled with previous stylists getting my colour right, and for the last 2.5 years I have been extremely happy. She always listens and cuts and styles beautifully.

Charlotte is a wonderful colourist offering good advice as to shades that we can/should use. She is also a very capable stylist so that whenever I leave the salon I feel relaxed, refreshed with amazing hair.

I first went to Charlotte in 2017 for an up-do for my graduation and I haven’t looked back. She really listens and takes on board your hair goals and what you’re after. I never really know what I want but she works her magic and exceeds expectations! She’s coloured my hair a handful of times and I am always so stoked. Hair health is big for her and I really liked having a hair consult after not being for 2 years to ensure my hair or skin didn’t react. I recently got a balayage package done on my hair and am in love it with and worth the $$ I’ve finally gotten on the Olaplex train to maintain and care for my recent colour and have slowly ordered products through her which is a super easy process. I would recommend Charlotte to anyone

When I first started going to Charlotte I wanted to go from brown to blonde. Charlotte explained this would take a few appointments and recommended some products to help keep my hair healthy during my appointments. I have always left the salon extremely pleased with my hair. Charlotte is very helpful and friendly, and I can't recommend her enough.

Charlotte is an incredibly kind and welcoming stylist and did a fantastic job on my hair colour & cut. I'd experienced some nastiness in the past in other salons, as I used to DIY my hair - but Charlotte was very nice, chill, and explained very clearly the steps needed to reach my goal -- without any of the "wow, your hair is sooo dehydrated and porous!" BS I'd gotten from others. My hair is very healthy and happy, for the first time in quite some time, and the colour is rich, even, and so natural :)
