Communication was absolutely fantastic, and the pram we hired was amazing. It was clean, fabulous instructions and easy pick up and drop off. I would recommend Rockababy Rentals Queenstown to everyone with little ones!

Highly recommend and would use again! The stroller was godsend and needed for the rough and bumpy terrain! We had friends with small castor travel prams that were a nightmare. All items were clean and in good condition, and the service was impeccable and so accommodating to our schedule! Thanks again!

Rockababy rentals made for a great tramping trip away with the family - We loaned a child carrier for a week. It was a smooth process. Communication was fast and the pick up and drop off was super easy. We will certainly consider renting equipment again. I love the option of loaning kids items, rather than buying something new only to use it a handful of times.

We hired a box of toys to entertain our 1 and nearly 4 year old and it was a huge help given some slightly wet weather prevented us getting about during our visit to Queenstown. Very professional, well organised, and the children loved getting to empty a box of new (to them) toys.

Wonderful service received on booking a car seat for my toddler! Seat was installed in our rental car on arrival and bond refunded so quickly! Highly recommend and will most definitely make use of this service again! ❤️

Highly recommend Rockababy Rentals. We recently rented a car seat and a cot for a family trip to Queenstown - Abby dealt with both the car rental company and the property manager on our behalf to ensure both were ready for our arrival. Our little one normally battles sleep in new places when she is in a portacot but we had no issues thanks to the wooden cot that Abby can provide - this was an absolute game changer for us! The merino sleeping bag was an added bonus too. The whole process, from initial quotation/ booking, to having things set up on arrival and then collection when we left was seamless and hassle free. Abby was so friendly and helpful to deal with - and we will be recommending to any friends heading to Queenstown with kids in tow. Thanks again :)

What an awesome stress free experience! Booked a Portacot for the weekend...at very short notice. Arrived at hotel and it was all set up ready to go, with toy comforter, blankets and sleep sack. Excellent quality products and all set up at bassinet level for my newborn. Was all collected just on our check out also. Highly rated!! Thank you 😊

When you traveling with a baby any logistics saving service is worth it. We rented a snowsuit and backpack carrier for our 14 month old on our trip and not having to think/pack these big bulky items (when already traveling with alot of stuff) really worth every penny. Pick up and drop off was a breeze and quality products. We will be using them again when we next in Queenstown! I can't recommend Abby and Rockababy enough.

Highly recommended! Excellent choice of toys for our 11 month old and 3 year old - nothing that would be a hazard for our youngest, but still plenty to keep our oldest engaged. The whole service was a breeze, with our car seats already installed in our rental car when we arrived at the airport. Lovely people to deal with, too. Abby was an amazing help with getting us a baby car seat for our trip to Queenstown. She went above and beyond dropping it off to us at an agreed location, and picking it back up again. the chair was perfect, brand new and super safe. Definitely recommend this place for any baby gear you might need in Queenstown.

Great little business this is, making life easier for travelling bubs. We used Rockababy Rentals as we had 2 young babies on holiday. The toy boxes are so good, my little 2 year old was in heaven the moment he got into it. And because they weren't just toys from home, he was more interested in them for a lot longer. We were able to also get some security gates as our airbnb had 2 sets of very steep stair cases and a baby rocker for our 3 month old. Abby is so easy to deal with, great communicator and the cost for service and product is so reasonable. Well worth every dollar. We hired a high chair and toy box for our 16 month old for our trip to Queenstown. Abby was wonderful and provided such a fantastic service. Everything was nice and clean and the toy box had a great variety of age-appropriate toys and books - it was such a lifesaver and made our first time travelling with bubs so much easier than expected. We would definitely use Rockababy again :)

Super easy to deal with. Clean, fresh and tidy. My daughter no longer have to sleep in dirty and broken cots from hotels which costs so much more. Rockababy is good for value, the cots are easy to set up and fold down. I couldnt possibly recommend this more.

Amazing service. I had to change our dates of travel quite a few times due to covid cancellations and this was not a problem. Abby went and checked before our arrival which car seat would suit best as we were on a Camper Van holiday which made me feel at ease. My last minute decision to add a toy box for our little boy worked out great. Highly recommend

We visited Queenstown/Wanaka in November and Abby was amazing at setting me up with 2 car seats (rear facing for 10month old and a booster), a buggy, and in the absence of a buggy board a scooter and helmet which M4 really loved! All organised at 9pm the night before we flew in!! The gear was superb, all really great brands and in great condition. Communication was so easy and pickup/drop off no dramas at all. Abby even installed the car seats for us. I would use this service again and will be recommending it to everyone going to the area with kids. Superb, cannot rave about it all enough. Rockababy Rentals provide an excellent service to families visiting Queenstown and the surrounding areas. We were sorted with car seats, beds, booster seats, and toys for two families over a week and it was simply effortless. Our kids loved the selection of toys and books, we appreciated having the car seats installed and ready to go in our rentals on arrival, and all in all the communication and ease of booking were just top notch. We highly recommend Rockababy and will be back!

This is a wonderful service with lots of options to choose from. I had my niece coming to stay, so at very short notice Abby put together a toy box for her full of toys, colouring in books, puzzles and much more. Abby was also very accomodating helping to work out which car seat we needed and helping me to fit it to ensure it was safely fitted and we were happy with everything. Thanks Abby, we’ll be back in January when our nephews come to stay!

Thank you so much Abby!! You made our first holiday with baby less stressful by having so many products for rent. You were very accommodating when we came for for seconds and thirds after we realised our own buggy had a flat tire and the rental car shop having the wrong sized car seats. You even made the time to help us fit the car seat which was hugely appreciated. Products were all clean, in good condition and came with added accessories that are often forgotten. Great communication, and a very quick and easy service - would 1000% recommend and will be using again for our next trip to Queenstown. We hired: car seat, pram, play gym, port a cot and bouncer.

We used Rockababy Rental when we were in Queenstown for a weeks holidays. My 3 yr old daughter loved the assortment of toys and activities in the box, which kept her entertained when ever we were at at holiday apartment. Was fantastic to have it waiting in our apartment when we arrived and was simple to leave at reception (for collection) when we left. I would definitely recommend this service for travellers.

We hired a baby bath, a balance bike and some toys for our 4 year old and 10 month old. We picked them up on the way to Alexandra and dropped them back on our way back to the airport. Everything was in great condition and the toys and books chosen for the kid’s were just perfect! I would definitely recommend and will use again in the future!

Rockababy rentals made it easy for us to travel light with our 2 year old. We rented a cot, stroller and toy box and everything was in great condition. It was such a luxury to have everything set up for us on arrival. My daughter loved having new toys and books to read and she slept great in the full size cot/crib. We hired a car seat from Rockababy Rentals during our recent visit to NZ. Abby was great to deal with and responded to all of my emails very quickly. She was also very flexible with the arrangements of how we would get the car seat installed in my Mum’s car as my Mum was driving from Clyde to pick us up from Queenstown Airport. Abby ended up meeting my Mum at the airport to deliver and install the car seat and gave my Mum thorough instructions on how to install it since we would be needing to change it between cars. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to hire baby equipment in Queenstown and won’t hesitate to use the service again myself next time we are back!

We rented equipment for the New Year/summer holidays. Good, clear communication from the owner, excellent quality pram (double seater for twins), great books for babies and a three year old, and a well-considered range of toys for both ages (we rented two sets one for each age group). All items were clean and functional.Would definitely use this business again.

We are so happy that we stumbled across an ad for baby rentals when in Queenstown. We ordered a box of toys and a trike for my toddler aged child and it was the best decision, provided lots of fun and entertainment. The toy box was specifically made up with his interests in mind which was very impressive- nailed it. Was super impressed with Abby's service. She was easy to communicate with, organising pick off and collection which made it very easy for us. The toys were all sanitised too and in good condition. Will be spreading the word and returning when back in the area with little ones no doubt. 11/10!

We visited Queenstown in Feb, with friends and needed to get hold of a baby seat quite quickly! Abby was an absolute gem! From the initial contact to dropping the seat back! Abby was amazing! She helped us put the seat in the car, making sure it was secure but most of all making sure the baby was going to be safe! We hired our portacot and bedding from Rockababy rentals and had an amazing experience. From the very first interaction, Abby contacted us by both email and text to ensure we had received her response and was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. Abby was on holiday during our rental period and went out of her way to arrange to allow us to pick up the cot. The cot was in immaculate condition and came with everything we needed, including a sleep suit, blanket and even a small teddy to sleep with. We were able to leave the cot with reception on the last day for someone to pick it up. The whole process was extremely easy and our little man slept like a dream on our overseas holiday! We hired a wooden cot from Rockababy as our toddler wasn't sleeping well in the portacot provided by our accommodation. We asked for it to be delivered the next day and it was all handled very efficiently by Abby. The cot was good quality and our toddler slept well in it. Would definitely recommend this company.

We rented a port-a-cot and stroller for a week in Queenstown. The prices were very reasonable and the items were in great condition. They offered to deliver the items prior to our arrival and helped set up the crib which included a comforter and stuffed animal for our baby. They also provided good resources for traveling with kids (babysitters, activities, etc). Highly recommend!

We used Rockababy Rentals for cot and capsule/stroller hire on our recent visit to Queenstown with our 3 month old. I travelled to Queenstown with my one yo this Christmas and rented a baby cot from them. The cot is comfy and adorable with sleep bag and toys. My baby loved it and had very good sleep during our stay in QT. Their sevice are great. Very easy to communicate. Will definitely recommend it.

We had a great experience using Rockababy Rentals Queenstown for our recent holiday to New Zealand, with the high level of customer service and quality items both a standout. We were travelling with two kids under the age of 3 so we rented two car seats, a portacot (bedding and cosy merino wool sleeping bag included), Bumbo seat and a toy box and all items were top quality. The two stand out experiences were the car seats being pre-installed in our hire car (Rockababy liaised directly with our hire car company Apex after we gave them our booking details) when we picked up the car at Queenstown airport, with all the other items we had rented packed in the boot. The other winner was the toy box customised to our three-year-old boy’s favourite things. This add on was money well spent as the novelty of many of the new toys kept our boy entertained. A great mix of educational, and novelty toys with a good selection of books included. Would have no hesitation in using Rockababy Rentals again and would recommend highly to anyone considering using their services.

During our recent stay in Queenstown we rented kids bikes, stroller, toys, and other items from Abby. All the items were in great condition. So nice to have bikes for my 3 & 6 year old, and she put together an amazing toy box! Abby delivered the items the day we arrived and also was very responsive with email, and helpful with suggestions for activities, playgrounds etc.

Abby was so helpful when I recently hired a Portacot from her for my Air B&B guests with their little two year old boy. The guests were delighted with the Portacot, the lovely bedding and the cuddly sleep suit that was also provided with the cot, plus the gorgeous stuffed toy. Rockababy Rentals is such a great service to have for travelling families! Our little one hates portacots and never sleeps properly in them, so having access to a normal cot was a LIFESAVER! We only discovered them a day before coming over so the fact that they arranged the cot and got it all set it up on our accommodation, at such short notice, was great service!
