Came here early morning, the road was busy with boats going out but managed to park before boat ramp. Small stair case to rocks and to some rock pools. Great for kids to discover crabs and sea weed and small fish - but ensure you go at low tide. Great views and recommend this place for a look

Great place for a picnic with a beautiful view. There's only one toilet block which could be a it far depending on where you are. I did not go for a swim as there are lots of big rocks, so if you are not a surfer probably not the best place to go for a swim. There is not much shade so probably a good idea to bring a beach umbrella on a sunny day.

Really nice place to stop and take a breath at. I had some fish and chips here just before sunset and was lucky enough to see some of the wildlife here, I saw two seals. Beautiful scenery here.

One of the best, if not the best, surfing spots in New Zealand. The day was just ideal for surfing, I arrived around 9 and it was high tide, with more than 80 surfers trying to get their wave. It was really packed. Recommended to arrived as early as possible. Showers are provided, clean toilets and spectacular view. Worth watching and relaxing hearing the waves breaking.

Windy place thus makes great waves. Good spot for surfing and kite flying. I've seen some people fishing by the rocks too. Not sure if you can actually catch any but makes good photos especially when the waves bash against the rocks.

Beautiful surfing bay. You have to cross rocks to get to the water. Waves looked good and you can partially see sunset here. Sufficient parking spaces with a restroom nearby. Also a great place have a picnic, relax and watch the surfers.

One of the top surf spots in NZ. Love sitting on the grass and see the surfers up close. Parking is great and the public toilets are always super clean. When Low tide its a tricky entry to surf spot. just know that you will cut your feet on the sharp rocks but its so worth it.

Take a short drive from Raglan to scenic Manu Bay Reserve. This is a great place to surf, or just walk along the reserve, or have a picnic and there is plenty of green grass areas for the children to play on.There are car parking areas by the shore and overlooking the bay.

beautiful location to watch the surfers ride in on the long waves from the carpark. we parked rear in and had afternoon drinkies in our motorhome whilst filming our friend surf! Be aware, there is no camping for overnighters unfortunately!

A beautiful grassy area that overlooks and runs up the coast featuring spectacular views and mature trees to park and picnic under. It has a lovely family vibe and is a great place to camp for the day. Very handy to the many cafes, takeaways and shops of Raglan.

This place is magic. You can park your van up open the boot and watch the surfers. Nice toilets and showers this place is a must visit if you surf or if you just want to pack up and enjoy the day. There is also space to park a motorhome or caravan

A lovely reserve on the coast. Home to one of Raglan's top surfing sports and the main boat ramp with direct access to the sea. A great spot for a picnic. The sea is rough and access to it is across sharp rocks so best not to swim here. If you want to swim go to the nearby Ngarunui beach instead. Plenty of room for car parking. There is a public toilet and shower at the bottom. A great spot to surf on a summers day

Awesome surfing location, very rocky. You can park close to where the surf breaks. Toilets are ok. Boat ramp ok to average. 10 minutes drive to Raglan coffee shops and pubs. Road sealed all the way. Good for motorbikes.

Lot of the tourist have no clue how to surf people just dropping in on each other there should be more signs with the rules of surfing and not by the bathrooms they should be by the water where people are going into surf.
