Went to see the latest James Bond movie (No Time To Die). Excellent small cinema complex with no more than 6'ish couples in Cinema 2 during Delta Level 2 restrictions. Great friendly service. I booked online via their easy to use website. Free parking close by. A great variety of bars & restaurants within a 5 minute walk. A++++

This old building is iconic in Rangiora. It has been converted to a cinema and live theater venue. I went to a local performance of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. If you didn't get to see it, then you missed one of the most amazing musical theatre treats in a long while. The cast and crew were incredible. The settings, lighting and costumes were beautiful. So much talent! If the leading players were excellent, so were the chorus, the dancers and the other minor roles. The teamwork was almost perfect, and the show has received well deserved standing ovations at every performance. Thanks guys, you are amazing.

It is small but pleasant. Its staff are friendly and helpful. They make great coffee too. Lovely community atmosphere with all the concerts and plays as well. It is a perfect cinema to visit if you love movies but don't fancy big crowds.

I just love this theatre complex. The standard of movies is very high with all age groups being catered for. The individual cinemas are small and cosy with comfortable seats. The staff are most helpful and friendly. Nice ice creams too.

Nice place and reasonably priced. Seats in the normal cinemas are way too close together. If you're taller than 6 foot / 188cm you will be very uncomfortable and sore.

Friendly staff, nice and clean. Lovely old building. 2 small cinemas with comfy seating, and a big theatre (note no cup holders in big theatre). Small carpark behind building but you wouldn't bother with loads of street parking, and council carpark nearby.

Name should also reflect theatre. Was here to see Jekyll and Hyde the musical. Parking was easily found on street although there is parking on site. Theatre was across two floors. Sound quality was exceptional. Seating was comfortable although looking up even in the front row gave the neck a bit of tightness. Great musical. Great price. Fantastic night.

Nice atmosphere and quiet cinemas with few customers after first few days a film is shown. Very helpful staff and good selection of refreshmenuts. Seats comfortable with possible exception of one auditorium. Doesn't get all new releases straight away but still worth a visit. Also used for theatrical events with good stage and lighting facilities.

Good theater which is modern with several good small sized movie theatres. Has extra facilities to hire and you can book offices is my understanding. Has a very good main picture theatre with a large stage and good lighting and sound equipment. Off street car parking and access to the stage from the car park is available for school productions.

The small theaters are quite small and the large one has a big empty space in front of the screen. Having said all that... it's local and well run.

Staff are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of street parking and a few designated handicap spots in the buildings carpark. Wheelchair accessible entry. Food prices are expensive. Much like the larger cinema's in Christchurch. Small cinema rooms are ok. But the older larger cinema has old seats with very little leg room. Keep this in mind if your tall and about to sit through a 3 hour movie.

Originally built in the historic Rangiora Town Hall opened on 27 May 1926 as Everybody’s Cinema. Being the first cinema screen to open in Canterbury and seating 600, the main hall was designed to host both moving pictures, and live performances. Still it is working and you can go and enjoy watching movies there.

Comfortable, immaculately clean, modern Cinemas (3). The latest films, friendly staff. Good coffee too. Pleasant atmosphere. Good on-line booking system. The loyalty card is worth getting.

Sadly the seats in the Theatre part of the cinema were some of the most cramped I've ever seen. There was also flies in the projection room that kept flying in the way of the projector creating large black spots on the screen. Definitely not worth the $16.50 admission price.

Went here for the first time this week. Small cozy theatre, very reasonable pricing and good food and drink selection. Toilets and theatre were spotless and audio and video quality were great. Beats large chain outfits hands down.

Cosy 23 seat mini-cinema with good surround sound, comfortable seats and screen the right size for the small space. Almost new complex with usual expensive refreshments. Convenient parking. Calendar of coming movies a month at least ahead woud be helpful. Great for Rangiora.
