If I could give Rod 10 stars out of 5 I would. I needed someone to help track down someone that owes our company money. I phoned Moratti & Associates and talked to Rod. Within 5 minutes of the conversation, Rod had found two addresses for me to visit, with the assurance that if these addresses were incorrect, he would locate a third address free of charge. I barrelled in from overseas, without so much as a by-your-leave, with a plea for help on a personal matter. It was a difficult task given the lengthy passage of time. The outcome was unfortunate although not known at the outset. Nevertheless I always felt to be in safe, competent hands. Rod's communication was responsive and full. Rod assisted me from remote to recover a scam on Trademe for a MacBook purchase. It was a long shot but he did it and was very ethical about it as well assuming personal responsibility. He used his skills and contact to reach the scammer. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to use his services.

We were in a situation where it appeared our tenants were smoking and possibly manufacturing methamphetamine. We engaged Rod to accompany us, for safety reasons, on an inspection and to remove items owned by us in the house so they could be tested. The items would have needed to be tested by a separate agency and en-route contamination was an issue. Finding Rod was extremely fortuitous. He was able to give us a degree of comfort in terms of entering and being on the property while the tenants were there. He was able to test and give results almost immediately after leaving the property. Rod was calm, collected, very easy to work with and my stress levels decreased substantially when he became involved. The combination of PI and meth tester is extremely useful for anyone dealing with tenants doing meth. I highly recommend him.
