My husband & I recently attended Donna’s hypnobirthing course. Thanks to this coaching we had a really positive birth experience, and were prepared to manage any changes that arose. I found the breathing techniques, and positions crucial during labour, and alot of the things we practiced in the months before birth helped me prepare too like the MP3s and affirmations to help manage anxiety. My husband also liked knowing his role and how he was able to help me. Donna, you were so lovely and we are so grateful to have had your expertise guide us - Thank you!
