N.Beautiful gardens in Hope. Spent some time there at a wedding function. The gardens are small but kept very well. The grassy area by the pond was a favourite - ideal for a picnic. Don't forget the insect repellant!
K.We spent an hour here wandering through the different areas - it was lovely. Peaceful, picturesque and often fragrant.
Worth a visit.
W.They have a tree from Australia here which is considered a living fossil that was amazing to see and worth the $5 price of admission alone!! A real bargain of a tourist attraction
B.Amazing location sporting plants and flowers from every continent. Enjoy a relaxed stroll through or bring along a picnic to enjoy in an awesome location. Well worth the suggested $5 donation.

D.Fantastic place to slow down for a stroll, perhaps a picnic lunch. Benches to sit on & well groomed grass. Sunny & shady spots. Well cared for & thought out design. Established & new plantings. A few ducks & a couple of white gesse on the ponds. The coloured green or blue water is unusual, but not unattractive. Clean toilets with fresh hand towels. BYO water & food, there are no drinking fountains or food to buy here. No dogs. I would like to see more labels on the plants & trees. They need more advertising. Spent over an hour here for lunch & walking.

R.A quiet location, slightly off the beaten track. Spring and Summer would be a great time to visit the garden as vibrant colours start to blossom. Small donation at the carpark ($5 adults, gold coin for children) to keeping the place pristine. Ideal location for receptions or celebratory gatherings as large marquee on site.

A.Awesome just attended their Easter bunny hunt and it was awesome very well set up and a great atmosphere A+++++++++
A.Interesting place unfortunately it has suffered from the drought, the lady we talked to told us they had lost quite a few trees, shrubs and flowers. At the moment the property is not very wheelchair or walker friendly although the lady said they were working on putting in proper paths to help people with disabilities get around the garden. A lot of hard work has been done to make this a lovely peaceful place to visit. There are seats all over the property to sit down listen to the birds and enjoy the scenery. Take a picnic with you and enjoy the gardens.
m.I have to say I like it as we were just there making some arrangements for our wedding we are having there. Beautiful gardens and love the ducks esp the baby ones. Someone mentioned the not Walker friendly. We had our wedding there last week and there is a packed track from the rhododendron walk. If you go through the Australian garden you can enter the rose pergolas area. We had a family member present and to the main pond he was all good.

A.Nice large relaxing garden very loosely styled with gardens from around the world. In these gardens there is a sense of nature and tranquility. However the gardens are located just outside the city
