J.Terrific new cinema 🎥 price's a little steeper than I expected for icecream especially. New cinema so expected a few minor hiccups. Only one on waiting for our order. Everything else absolutely amazing. Terrific staff who really welcome you and ask you if you enjoyed the movie 🎥

Myself and my family went into the new and improved cinemas in the top of the south “The Silky Otter, we all just went in there for a look and we were approached by a young lady called Taylah, she was very inviting and greeted us warmly, even tho we were just looking she offered us a tour of the place which made us want to come back even more, we will surely be coming back with my family plus spreading the word that the customer service were great

B.Awesome reclining seats. So comfortable. Great having food brought to us.
D.Large comfy seats with tons of leg room and a foot rest. All cinemas are identical.
L.9/10 experience. The staff are welcoming right at the door, the waiting area is a little small with not a lot of seating which is a downside, the pricing is very reasonable if not cheap for what they offer and the high standards. The bathrooms are geourgous with a whole bathroom to yourself. The movie cinema is spacious and clean. They even offer reading lights (when eating) and blankets
Only complaints were the waiting room being too small and popcorn was quite bland. We also asked for a large drink but they didn’t have any left.
Will 100% be a frequent flyer from now on, outstanding

W.The absolute best cinema in Richmond! We've desperately needed a cinema in Richmond for so long and Silky Otter truly delivered! Without a doubt the absolute best cinema experience I have ever had!
R.Seating is very comfortable. Only comment was food is very expensive and service at counter slow with only 2 cashiers and queue out to door.
