First impressions count and Luxe Doggy Day Spa did not disappoint! Poppy was in and out for her nail clip and teeth clean and I'm sure she felt like a princess with all the attention. We'll definitely be back, such a friendly and professional place ☺️

We took our 3 month old puppy Chester for his first groom today and were so impressed with the facilities and great job Loretta did. She took such great care of him and it’s clear how much she genuinely adores dogs. He looks and smells amazing and we cannot recommend Loretta highly enough - thank you!

It was our 1st visit to the Luxe Doggy Day Spa in Rolleston. Loretta greeted us with a warm and friendly welcome. We got the opportunity to meet the other lovely grooming ladies, Linda and Bronwyn. We were really impressed with the dog grooming services that they provided our 2 little fur babies. They went in there all scruffy and smelly (rolling in mud and worms) but came out all spruced up and super cute. We've been to a lot of different groomer's in Christchurch over the years. Luxe Doggy Day Spa is now at the top of our list in all categories i.e. 1) Professional, friendly and welcoming customer service 2) Excellent quality grooming service 3) Peaceful off the road facilities 4) Value for money Our 2 boys are now snoring their heads off after a relaxing afternoon at the Luxe Doggy Day Spa. It's a tough life being pampered and chauffered around lol 😆 Thanks Loretta, Linda and Bronwyn.
