Recently brought a single wooden bed frame and mattress so happy with our purchase, great service, listened to our needs and the lovely sales lady matched exactly what we were looking for.We looked at 5 other shops and by far "beds 4 u" out did everything else we looked at. We purchased a new king-size lift up storage bed and we had been told by the shop assistant that the installation was just a couple of screws in each corner. However when Aman delivered it was a huge shock as it was all in pieces with about 200 screws and no way could us old pensioners put it together. Aman was wonderful and though it was late he and his helper stayed and put it together for us. We so appreciate his kindness. We have purchased before from Aman and definitely would again. Comfortable beds..... Good value.

Great service !! Aman is amazing, we had some screws missing on our bed set. Phoned aman 10.00 pm at night and he came with another set of screws. Great after service. Got a good deal on bed too.

Exceptional service and quality. The staff were amazing and helpful. Goods were delivered on time and set up in our home. So much better than normal purchases where it's leave and forget. A great help when it is a heavy item. they even moved our old bed out to the garage for us.

Highly reccomend Beds 4 U in Rotorua. I shopped around for my bedroom for a VERY long time and can safely say the value & quality at Beds 4 U is second to none. The customer service is also top notch. While I was deliberating about what to buy, I'd pop in all the time to test out beds. Aman always remembered me and what I was after, making the whole experience very personable. There was never any pressure to buy & the customer service was always there, even when just testing the beds. When I did finally commit to a bed, the purchase process and delivery was quick and easy and Aman and the team kept me in the loop the whole time and delivered on a day and at a time that suited me. AMAZING DEAL!!! Got my new mattress at Rotorua Beds4U outlet and made everything easy!! From selecting my Mattress up to delivery at my place for free plus a humongous discount compared to other furniture shops in rotorua!!! Will definitely recommend. Recently bought a bed from Beds4U Rotorua. Fantastic service! I was in Auckland and needed the mattress in Rotorua. I called Beds4U in Rotorua and Aman recommended a mattress. I told him I'd check it out in the Newmarket store, and by the time I got there he had rung Shivani at the shop and she knew my name and what I was looking for. Aman then went out of his way to ensure the mattress was delivered on time, despite the busy Christmas lead-up (other stores told me I would have to wait 10 days; Aman had the mattress to me in 4 days, even driving to Auckland himself to pick it up). Great service, very friendly and helpful staff, and a good NZ-made mattress too!

I've never bought anything from this store, but I do occasionally wonder through here to waste time while waiting. The team here are always happy to let me wonder and have never tried to sell me anything while I'm there and often are keen for a bit of a yarn, which is pretty cool.

A wonderful experience from start to finish! Thank you Aman and team. From the moment we walked into the shop we were welcomed kindly by Aman and he patiently showed us all the options and explained the features. The products and prices are excellent and the delivery guys went above and beyond by also picking up a couch and washing machine from our old house and delivering to our new flat along with the bed.
