L.Amazing place for our little people. My grandchildren LOVED IT! The staff are friendly and the price is well worth it when you can come and go throughout the day. Highly recommended.
M.It provides a safe playground for kids and the facility was very clean and tidy. It has a separate party room and a big inflatable slide for kids over 3yo. Will definitely visit again when we r in Rotorua.
e.very cool, i have a baby and a pre teen and both of them loved it!we were lucky enough to be able to enjoy the whole playground by our self it was neat.

D.Our family always appreciates a fenced off playground, where the little monsters can run free, while mum and dad can have a cup of tea, a bite to eat, and relax.

K.I reckon feed your kids before you go food is expensive. Other then that its a good place to just wine down let the kids go wild, and you don't have to worry about keeping your eyes locked on them.
K.Nice place. Great for kids, we came for a birthday party. Downside is the birthday room really only fits the kids and everyone else has to be out with the regular tables. The older kids were also going into the under 5 section, which made it quite difficult.
B.Amazingly friendly staff with great customer service. However the place was overcrowded the wet day we visited. Would really have liked to have seen a staff member on the floor supervising the activities: for example there were big Kids playing in the little kids area & being bullies; kids on the slide with no socks & going down head-first, plus adults taking their kids down the slide despite clear signs saying no adults on slides. If there's no one keeping order it's just a recipe for disaster!
D.Awesome place to take the kids play ground is well kept and nice and clean. There is a decent sized cafe/waiting area for parents where you can still see the whole playground. Good selection of food and drinks available. Staff were very friendly

We had a patch of bad weather so everything we wanted to do we couldn't. This was a saviour. We have a 9 month old and a 2 1/2 year old and they slept well after this! We didn't eat there but can see how it would all add up if you did.

L.Great for the kids, had to physically carry them out of the playground howling so they clearly enjoyed it. The food on offer is on the expensive side so took a star off for that.
L.Brought my granddaughter here today and she absolutely loved it. Wasn't busy so it was nice to be able to play with her. Definitely coming back 😊
