Hired a unit from Nat Storage but had a blip with website booking. The girls at Rotorua branch were easy to deal with and sorted my unit with ease . Great girls to deal with , highly recommended.

Storage units are well ventilated, clean and dry, staff are real helpful and nice.good and secure.

We have found the facilities to be absolutely superb, prices are very competitive (we shopped around a lot and found Guardian Storage to provide the best value for money), the staff are super friendly, always greeted us with smiles and were extremely informative when we needed them to be. Have already recommended them to friends and family who are in need of storage solutions!

From initial guidance as to what size unit was needed, and the set up - it was all done.Really in a very friendly manner. Have used this facility twice now, in the last 4-5 years. The lockup is good value, clean, dry and secure 24/7. Any probs, just call the cell no. Not that I've had any reason to do so to date. I like that it has high visibility from the road and that it is fully lit at night. The couple who run both the lockup and the woodyard are always happy to help you. I definitely recommend this place over others and will use again. There's a reason they have a waiting list of peolple wanting to use their facility...A1 facility, A1 service, A1 value for money.
