A.Excellent regional airport. Very easy drop off and pick up. Plenty of parking and taxis service available. Terminal is modern, clean and well connected. Staff are well presented, helpful and welcoming. Check in and Bag pick up is quick and efficient. Boarding is by outside stairs only. Food and drink options are available. All in all a pleasure to fly in and out of this airport.
D.A very modern style of decor at the airport. Very welcoming and clean. Plenty of seats to wait for incoming flights. Departure and Arrivals well sign posted. Good coffee and array of cakes/snacks etc. Shop sells an assortment of lollies/snacks etc but be warned can be very expensive!
H.As we are in Level 2 the entry and exit was very quick once we had our bags. Toilets are well maintained at the time of our return.
D.One of the best if not the best regional airport in New Zealand. Fresh, clean and new. Great business Hub, good cafe, spacious and great views.

R.I would like to say a huge thankyou to the staff member who helped all the passengers heading to Christchurch today (6th July) get onto alternative flights after their flight was cancelled due to bad weather. She was awesome and made my daughter's day.
T.Nice new layout. There is no Koru Lounge. Air NZ need to put a Koru Lounge here, as frequent flyer from this region. This is why many of us fly from Tauranga.

S.It's a very small airport, there is not much variety of stores. And only one cafe to grab food from which is expensive if you are traveling on a budget. It is also 40 minutes away from the main town so if travelling by foot or by taxi. It maybe easier to plan ahead. The plus side is the staff are very helpful.
K.Fantastic. My car battery was flat. Then I managed to lock the car with the keys in the ignition. Staff were fabulous. Huge thank you to the fire staff.
S.No uber here. So have to do a taxi. I went from airport to Novotel lakeside. Was $36.10 not complaining. Just letting you no what fare is or could be around.
Due to no tourism a lot is shut and not open. But it has all the facilities to accommodate everything . And anything.
P.Wow make over /layout is very cool & calm, colour's are nice, overall very relaxing and Quiet - just what you need before your flight - Congrats & well done!!
S.What a lovely airport we have in our backyard! Loved the new upgrades, but was disappointed our Uber Taxi wasn't able to drive into the airport. Can someone please explain this?

H.Primo a professional friendly and caring team at the check in at Rotorua airport impressed with the ladies how they work together their polite and willingness to understand and help me out with my grand niece great attitude thank you ladies you are awesome.

l.Beautiful renovations make Rotorua Airport a treat to fly into ( or depart but why would you want to leave the Geothermal Hot Pool wonderland ). Modern, comfortable facilities with expansive spaces and a great cafe with delicious food - worth a trip to the Airport to watch planes from Auckland, Wellington and recently Christchurch

J.Flown in and out of here many times domestically and it is always the best part of travelling from England to New Zealand, love the place. Very well maintained, there's a Relay store inside in case of any need of last minute essentials as well as a cafe. Really good Airport all round.
B.Rotorua has the best lakes parks and awesome restaurants.. One street next to Novotel,Ibis and lake front is named eat street bcos its all fine dinning
D.This is our "go to" cafe. Awesome coffee, nice food and usually quiet with an awesome view.

H.Flight was cancelled from Rotos to Chch the 24th but hei aha. Can't predict unforseeable weather Safety, first and foremost.
People could be helped on other flights but we chose to take the one next today.
Things happen and thank yous for putting my man on another.
It is what is. Just had to travel back to Whakatane and back but we were alright with that..
Hearts go out to those they made have needed connecting flights .

T.Family friendly environment. Love the whanau room really handy for families with young children and handicap children with sensory needs.
M.They could have a rental car key box near check in. They should also have a koru lounge.
R.The interior has been upgraded and has a great feel to it. There is good food and coffee while you wait.
