M.We are 100% happy with the great service we get from Lucy's Bins. The fact the bin gets picked up from where we leave it in our property is a huge bonus, as with today's busy lives it's very easy to forget to put the bin out. Totally reliable and great service. 5 stars from us!
B.I've been with Lucy's since 2017 and have never had an issue. I think in the last 3 years there has been one occasion where the bin hasn't been picked up due to a truck breakdown or other issue, and I was notified immediately by email. They have always communicated really well and provide a great service.
L.We have been with Lucy's bins since we moved to Palmerston North 2 years ago and the service is faultless. They go above and beyond such as the time we forgot to put our bin out on the street yet they still cleared it and also making it so easy to arrange extra pick ups on those odd occasions you need it. We have used multiple companies in the past and no one compares.

We are very impressed with the efficient friendly service. That goes the extra mile of both retrieving your bin from your house and returning it after it is emptied.We find both the administration (via AP) and any communication about holidays etc to be 5 star also. Making Lucys Bins to be a 5 star business and we have no hesitations in recommending them to anyone.
D.Excellent service. I never have to worry if I am away, bad weather, ill, have a heavy bin or forget the day as Lucy's pick up and empty service is fantastic.
I noticed them collecting from a nearby neighbour and immediately thought that's what I want.
Also, I love the colour of the bin. The other companies bins are drab in comparison.
If I see someone wheeling a bin down a steep drive, as there are some high sand dunes that have been built on, I tell them about Lucy's or if there is a message on Neighbourly I let that person know also.

K.Excellent service. I have been with Lucy's bins for 6 years and they have taken away the stress of having to get the bin out on time as they come up the driveway to collect the rubbish. Very friendly too

T.I wish I had found Lucy's Bins earlier! Best waste removal company I've had! I panicked because I forgot to put the bin out in the morning only to find they had collected it emptied and put it back without me even knowing, honestly don't know what I'd do without them! I couldn't reccomend them more.
C.We have been a customer for over 3 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. We love how the bin is put just inside our property when it has been emptied. Not left out on the street for it to be blown away on those windy days. Its also nice to know we are ha;ping a local business providing local jobs. Well done team
