G.Bought a new bed from here last Sunday, delivered and old bed taken away within 3 days. Magic. Very friendly female staff member also.
C.My wife and I came in looking for a new bed and were served by Ash. We havent bought a a bed in over 20 years and were overwelmed by it all. Ash was super patient and extremely knowledgeable and made the process less stressfull. This man deserves the recignition and some sort of reward. Top service and great product. Highly reccomend this shop.
B.Awesome team, awesome service. Brought a new memory foam underlay for my king bed. The first time in ages I have had a good sleep. Thank you guys! Will see you guys in the new year for my new Bed!! (18-dec-2021)

My last review was over 4 years ago and since then there seems to have been a change of ownership, so I'm updating from my previous review.
The last few experiences of BedsRUs Silverdale for us has been stellar. Great staff, good people, honest advice. When I last went in I was having challenges with headaches and the lady who helped me took the time to 1) gather some options based on my situation, 2) look at my spine alignment on the bed that was most like my one at home and 3) recommend a pillow. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Clearly, they no longer use the tactics they used back in 2017 when I initially reviewed them. I would highly recommend them now.

Products are fine, but didn't find the service that great. Kind if felt like they used old school selling tactics that push people like me away. I prefer a knowledgeable person who can help direct me to what I need/want rather than the old school way of pushing things on people.
