Have had a 150L under-bench bin as our main trash bin for 5-6 years and it has been perfect. Still runs smoothly, closes softly, no smells and keeps the kitchen looking tidy. Recently had a piece break so the soft-close function wasn't working and they sent replacement pieces for both sides, no questions asked. Would absolutely recommend these as they will definitely stand the test of time and clearly stand behind their products.

Very happy with our compact 2 x 35L Hideaway bins. We ordered them the evening before, I received a very friendly phone call in the morning and our bins arrived the next day :) Well packaged and the quality so far looks great. We almost went for the cheap Trade Me options but so glad we didn't. We selected the two bin option so we could also hide our recycling out of sight and the bin size is perfect for our big family of 6. Looking forward to upgrading our Laundry system next!

These have a good overall design and robust build. The tracks work well though get sticky with age due to poor quality lubricant. The metal cap/lid that drops down on top of the bins when retracted to keep smells in the bin is effective. I have installed a number of these in my business over the years. Negatives: The entire problem with this bin system is the poor quality paint on the underside of this smell inhibitor lid leading to rusting and paint peeling off. The rough surface then scratches the plastic bin surrounds leaving gouged out grooves of rust stains. Suggestion is to use a plastic or perspex replacement to the lid.
