Great place to store stuff we rented driveway lockup so easy to access especially for furniture moving truck to deliver...a bit more expensive but so worth not having to trolley stuff in lifts...friendly helpful staff!

Good local storage place. Haven't had any trouble with them, the place feels very safe and secure. The staff have been helpful over the phone helping to confirm opening and closing times. Would Happily use again.

Great facilities, easy to access & use of van or trailer available is a huge bonus. Would highly recommend these units. Was very impressed by your staff & their helpfulness... most of all Jenny. She was exceptional with her customer service, going above & beyond to help out, extremely professional & an absolute pleasure to deal with. She's a huge asset to your team there & really made our overall experience top rate. Very worthwhile. Glad to have met such a phenomenal woman. Cheers Jenny & the team at Silverdale for everything! Best customer service I have ever experienced. Terry and Kirsty have been amazing throughout the whole process.

I have stored here for over 4 years, operating a small business and use National Storage as a pick up and drop off point for my courier parcels as well as storing product. Landas, Terry and Holly are a great team, always cheerful and helpful. The facility is dry, light, clean and secure. Being able to buy packaging materials on-site is an additional bonus.

Great place but unfortunately had quite a stressful experience when they killed all the lights to my level and I was surrounded by stuff in my storage shed. Trying to find my way back out and feel my way through the maze of units to a stairwell in complete darkness was traumatic. I'm lucky to be alive

Fantastic facility and wouldn't choose anywhere else now. Units are clean with easy, secure access and there are lots of space options. Best of all, you can load/unload under cover without wet weather being an issue. A toilet is available (which isn't a priority until you need one!) and you can hire a van or covered trailer. First time trailer use is free! Jenny (in the office) and the team are really helpful and friendly and made a stressful time, a pleasant experience. Thank you!

Moved into a Storage shed about 3 months ago and couldn't be happier. Fantastic staff who are always up for a chat and my goods are safe and secure. I only come up from down south once a month and couldn't ask for better

Great service, automated gates, friendly helpful staff, good access hours, reasonable rates.

Staff here are always friendly and helped me lift my couch into the trailer. Lockers were secure and i didn't have any issues.

I have had the pleasure of storing my possession's here a second time. In comparison to other local storage facilities that I have also used your storage facilities are immaculate, dry, well maintained and security is absolutely bullet proof. They have camera's, alarms and security code assess. The only way things could go missing and if their is no forced entry is a family member knowing your alarm codes or accessed your keys without your knowledge or maybe they passed it on? They always say, it's likely someone you know that would rip you off unsuspectingly? Jenny and the team are professional, helpful and always accommodating. It disappoints me to read reviews that take a pot shot at companies who don't deserve bad critism. I am sure if the police or your insurance company came and reviewed the camera surveillance system, they could identify who stole your property? No one should ever play judge and jury and place ridiculous feedback without investigating things properly. It's defamation of character verbalising such allergation's online like this personally or professionally. I'm annoyed that you have made this public complaint on this website. Anyone with any common sense would think the same as me. Sure, I belief in fair critism. If deserved. That's why I want to share my positive experience with you. I wouldn't use any other facility since using Guardian Self Storage and I would recommend with out any hesitation on saying...If you're looking for piece of mind that your personal belongings are safe and secure! I had a very confusing enquiry that I expected would not be able to be solved immediately but was very happy to get all the help I needed and all my enquiries answered perfectly with all future endeavours solved. Excellent customer service very impressed

Friendly staff. Well maintained space. After hours, Access is granted only for registered customers. I would definitely use their service again in future.
