I had some bead necklaces and bracelets that I hadn't been able to wear for years due to breakage. Nia has given them a new lease of life and I am so enjoying wearing them again.
M.An Aladdin's cave of treasure with fantastic customer service - the best selection of stock I have ever seen in one bead shop. It's great to have these treasures on line. The online service is so professional - amazing website, swift processing of orders and it makes it so easy if you don't live near the shop or don't have time to go shopping! Sad to see the physical shop closing but good to know we have this great shop on line with someone we can trust and know our orders will continue to be processed so quickly and efficiently.

M.I usually order my jewellery wire from USA but with the postal system currently being incredibly slow I decided to support NZ businesses and that's when I found The Bead Hold just this week.
I ordered my wire at midday and it was in my hands the very next day and I live rural so post is usually much slower! To say I was blown away with the prompt and efficient service would be an understatement!
I will definitely be looking to this company in future for my businesses wire needs!
