It's a very piecefull NZMCA park and the views from your window are refreshing . 15motorhomers at the moment with room for another 5 .

Lovely spot and blessed with gorgeous spot of weather. Interesting watching port activity and also a stroll down to penguin nesting colony.

Popular stopping spot. Some soft muddy areas but still plenty of room. Bonus use of shower block under nearby boat club rooms for members.

Good park to stay at. Can be cold in winter as the rock faces block the early morning sun. Soft spots after a good deluge. Easy ride or walk to Pohara to have a feed. Recommend the Kotare for families , as they have great meals for everyone.

Great place, toilets, laundry and showers in the boatclub. We caught some greenshellmussels on the rocks. Highly recommends😀
