A lovely trek from Huka falls down to this space was well worth it. When you enter the water the top part feels warm and the bottom feels very cold but the closer you get to the falls the warmer the water. Its a great litte area which includes changing rooms and a public toilet which is helful.

Super fun friend activity! We were blessed with sunny weather! Parking is tricky if its busy! Try offpeak times! No showers but a toilet for changing. We snuck off a bit upstream to get a bit more privacy but beware of Maori land, its properly gated so have some respect!

It’s is a little bit of a walk. Nice shaded playground at the top. Great, well kept facilities: drinking water fountains at the top and at the waters edge. Clean bathroom and area to change. Can’t wait to go back. Great time for family.

It's along walk down and it's worth it the pool can fit alot of people the waterfall is relaxing just wish it was open alot longer than being close at 7pm but a great time with friends or family and the history it tells you about the spa

Cool place and free. Nice toilets and changing rooms. But there really is no place to store your stuff (no lockers and the car park is far). We enjoyed soaking in the hot pools. It shocked us and it was a downer that my sons Crocs were stolen while we were soaking--so unfortunately, you need to watch your stuff closely.

Awesome! It’s free, which is awesome. There’s a drinking fountain, toilets and even a café at the springs.
There’s plenty of space to sit and bathe with varying water temperatures. This is great, not everyone likes it hot. We spent about an hour here.
Absolutely worth a visit to loosen those sore muscles.

Nice relaxing spot to visit after a walk to the huka falls, or going there for the hot pools alone. This place offers access to both hot and cold water, but can be quite crowded. There are public toilets, allowing for changing in or out of swimwear privately. Bring a bottle of water, as to avoid getting dehydrated.

A must see in the north island.
We arrived there early morning with my girlfriend and it was like paradise. Relaxing in the hot pools while looking at the river and listening to the birds.
I wish I could go back at nighttime and look at the starts from the hot pools.

Lovely place, bring your togs to jump in the hot pools. There’s also a cafe on site with fabulous coffee and smoothies etc which was perfect afterwards! Loved it!
