A.I had the best experience with Raille at Armstrong Locksmiths. Very professional, responsive and made time to meet me after hours.
I had a tricky job, opening up a set of roof racks and after the job was done he took the time to help me with putting them on the roof (which took a while).

B.Since moving to Tauranga mid 2021 I’ve been disappointed with the overall responsiveness by tradespeople and some services businesses until I met Raille. We needed to get our digital lock fixed so I googled and found Armstrong Security. Raille called me ASAP and was on site in no time. He also made recommendations based on his professional knowledge which made good sense and were adopted. I found him professional, responsive and easy to deal with. I have no hesitation giving this reference and I’m sure with the commitment he has to customer service in a market that seems to be behind the 8-ball, he’ll do very well.
E.Raille was absolutely amazing! Call out at 830pm on a Sunday as I had soaked and killed my key. he came immediately and was very determined to get her going. Unfortunately I have enabled the theft deterrent and the car locked us out of the system. 2hours of trying to no avail, he came back in the morning, got in and fixed the problem! Absolutely amazing, great attitude and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend
W.Raille was brilliant. He came within a couple of hours of our call. He was friendly, professional, calm and kind. He explained things clearly. He was covid appropriate and kept social distance as well as wore a mask throughout the entire proceedure and interaction. Even though I was initially shocked at the price, he remained calm and courteous. I checked out the price with a competitor and his quote onsite was in normal range. He also was kind and gave a better deal in the end for our student son. Raille had mobile eftpos available, with a surcharge for credit card. We would use his services again.

A.It’s not often s service gets 10/10 but Raillie from Armstrong security provided great service, arrived on time, completed the job efficiently and smartly (by pre loading) before arriving. He offered alternatives and worked with us ti get the job done when it suited us - due to Covid travel restrictions.
