Received great service and exceptional understanding and patience as I had difficulty getting the exact cooktop to fit our bench cutout. They were able to change my order a couple of times and it took a while for it to be sorted out but in the end very happy with the product chosen. The installer was brilliant.

I recently bought an oven and cooktop from Kitchen Things, Tauranga. When it came time to install the cooktop the gas fitter found a scratch on it. I rang Kitchen Things to find out what to do and was refered to the manager. He immediately said " I will be there in ten minutes with a new one". That's service! I can't recommend them highly enough. Even the gas fitter was impressed.

We had a brilliant cooking demo with Arna. It was very informative and answered lots of our questions, especially about our new microwave/compact oven. She has some very useful household tips- especially about how to make the towels dry softer when using the front loading washing machine and cleaning cooktops, etc. The delicious lunch she cooked was an added bonus.
