Helen and her crew did an amazing job on our shy wee boy Jack. He needed an urgent groom with matted grass seed causing irritation and she was able to fit him in, which was so appreciated. She took her time to reassure and cuddle Jack and has a lovely gentle calm presence. The groom was great, he looks tidy and neat with a little butterfly ribbon for being a good boy! (Jack is very proud of that) The place itself is quiet and peaceful, looking out over a sweet garden, so I’m sure that helped Jack feel less nervous too. We’ll definitely be back!

Helen was lovely to deal with. We were travelling through Tauranga and she managed to fit our we cocker spaniel in. Did a fabulous cut and groom on Duke. Would highly recommend.

Helen did such an amazing job grooming our special lil guy, Memphis. He is a small spoodle who was quite matted, she took great care with him and his cut looks so good. You can tell Helen and family truly love their “clients” and I will highly recommend Love That Dog to anyone seeking a quality pet grooming service in the BOP. We’ll be back for sure

Wow, we were so lucky when arriving in the BOP late last year to find Helen of Love That Dog. Frankie, who is hardly Mr Sociable and in denial that he is a poodle always arrives home looking very suave, smelling beautiful and happy. Helen is a lovely person, so patient with him given that he is probably not one of her easier clients

Helen is so warm, kind, and friendly that my dog melted and let her do her stuff. She is knowledgeable and has all the equipment required to do a fantastic job. Recommended A++

Helen is lovely. My dog came back looking like a gentleman and smelling like rose's. Great service. My dog is small (fox terrier size) and his coat was a bit overgrown. Cost $75.

Love that Dog is a wonderful dog grooming company. Helen was so gentle and patient with my wee dog, he was calm, relaxed and came out looking a million dollars, and it only cost $65 for a small dog. Thank you Helen.

It was lovely taking little Beaudie to Heather for his grooming. She is gentle with him and calms him. He always come back from his grooming full of beans and looking beautiful. Thank you Heather!

We love bringing our precious fur baby here. Helen is delightful and does a wonderful job. Highly recommended.

Ralphie has his fortnightly wash and dry with Helen and always comes home so soft and smelling devine. Drop him off and run/walk at Ferguson Park for my excerise then pick him up. Two jobs at once, love it!
