m.Good for a quick oil change, just don't believe a word they tell you and insist you only want the oil change. They told me I needed some special coolant service about 6 months after having a whole new coolant system put in. Every time I've been they make up some new thing I need to pay a couple hundred for. Just ignore it and refuse to pay for any other than the oil change.
T.Awesome service and friendly, helpful staff. Only took them around 10 minutes to do a oil and filter change. They also found that my cabin filter was missing and cleared a fault. All this done without having to book an appointment and have my vehicle sitting at a workshop for the day.

S.I had an email to say, that my Car was Due for its Yearly Checkup. I said I'd be over on the Friday. Fine. Didnt have to worry about a 'Booking time'. I took my car over parked it outside where I was going to have an Oil Change. Gentleman introduced himself he took my keys ...Then I went in and sat in Reception with another couple. Not before too long, my car was all finished. Excellent Service. Discount with Gold Card. Paid. Very pleased with everything.

I.Always get my oil changed here, friendly staff, quick & efficient. And where else can you have a free coffee while you wait. Probably the cheapest & quickest oil change you will ever get is with these fellas, recommend.

W.Worse customer service ever by one of the team. Was told to do them a favour and not come back to them and go somewhere else because they had trouble getting my oil filter off and made it out like it was my fault.

Manager rung and apologised and has offered a free service, will be going back as in general they are really good.
M.Exactly what you'd expect, they changed my oil and filter without hassles. Be aware that if your car needs synthetic oil it'll cost more than the minimum price, also the turn around time is longer than advertised but great drive in service with no appointment. They do check a number of other filters too and have replacements on hand to "up sell" their service so if you're not sure about when your filters need replacing be cautious that you're not paying for things you don't need. I'll go back though, quick and painless and super important for healthy motoring!

If your car has a repair warranty they can do your servicing.

B.I thought the recommended oil for my car was a synthetic but a mineral based oil was placed in, I let them know and they were amazing no problem just pay the $30 extra for the synthetic price and they would replace the oil and the filter. That is customer SERVICE. A++ Thanks Andre and the team.
