Traffic was crazy so I stopped off and had a coffee and pie from the coffee van. The marina is a lovely place to wall around and take a breath from the craziness

Really good place to take the kids and family. Can teach them how to fish off the pontoon as well as swim in the sheltered beach area. The walkways also extend down there now and underneath the Tauranga Harbour Bridge. If heading down on a hot day make sure to take some form of shade, beach umbrella etc. Pretty exposed as there is not alot of trees or shaded areas.

The fishing isn't always the best here but tonight we had plenty of bites. Couldn't land one unfortunately. On such a lovely evening, we didn't really mind.

Beautiful place to go for a vacation if you are really interested in dolphin safari, this is a 5 hour trip which starts around 9am in morning and ends by afternoon 2pm, the two good boats are Dolphin Seafaris And Bayofexplorer, but I like the Dolphin Seafaris personally, their boat, the trip, we have seen plenty of dolphins

Easy parking, not many things around. It’s only one restaurant there. There is no shop to buy anything there so make sure that you bring everything you need. They have public toilets so you can ask around if you cannot find the toilet to use.

Awesome place to go fishing. My friend almost caught a legal size kingfish one time. Relaxing and convenient to go to. There's a cafe located nearby as well.

Really good spot for fishing. Caught a nice snapper and 2 trevallys. Really beautiful at night.

We had a cuppa & a bite to eat outside at Salinity Restaurant and Bar whilst waiting for a rescheduled flight. It was a treat to to smell the fresh salty sea air, watch the cranes across at the port unloading cargo, have some relaxing downtime soaking up the sun and watching the action of people leaving their boats after a day or two on the water. The staff were attentive and the food was beautifully presented & very yumm.

I have a boat moored there. Awesome site with easy access to everything you need to own and service a vessel. Staff are fantastic and always on hand to lend a hand.

On a nice day it's a lovely spot for a walk.

I don't own a boat but this is a beautiful place to wander around and dream. The water is clean, and boaties are friendly. There are traffic lights to help get off or back onto the busy highway.

Didn't catch me a sugar daddy like the ads online suggested .

Used the guys at the travel lift,absolutely awesome service,super helpful and friendly, nothings a problem for them.

Super helpful and friendly staff, even though we were only on anchor outside the harbour. A bit of a shame we couldn't negotiate any way to use their facilities, but with 8 of us anchored outside, we understand. Good location to town, but walk through industrial areas is unpleasant. -- Sailing Pivo (find us on YouTube!)

nice place to park for a while. Grassy area to sit and have a picnic. A small sandy beach for kiddies to wade in while you sit on the grass to watch them. A walk along the pontoon walkways give a great view of the harbour and all the boats moored. A good place to sit on the walkway, dangle your feet and fish over the harbour side. No casting into the marina boat-side. (Hint.. fish at high tide just as it turns). There is a restaurant down by the entry and I think (but not 100% sure) a Chandlery. Sadly no toilets around outside anywhere. Presumably you would have to use the restaurants ones

Good parking.Lovely small sandy beach. Great marina to check out. Good fishing spots. Restaurant and cafe close by. Toilets too. Dont drive past, turn in and stay a while.

Great Marina. Plenty of parking, and this Marina is where several dolphin sight seeing tours embark from. For those berthing their boat's here shower and toilet facilities are available, along with the standard hook-ups (power, etc). The restaurant onsite has very good food and the service is excellent. A cafe for coffee and breakfast is also available.

I went fishing here a few times, good spot to take kids fishing with the water being at your feet, plenty of room for crowds to gather, good amount of bait fish around to keep you entertained or if you are going out to catch some bait fish, have caught a couple of monsters here, try ya luck, u will be surprised

Good place to drop a line, convenient location. Lots of room and space from other fisher folks. Lots of bites, no fish for us, but any time fishing is better than at work.

Beautiful place for lunch on deck during summer. Great view. Planes always flying. Convenient location and plenty parking space available.

Walked from the Trinity Wharf Hotel over the harbour bridge to the marina. Pleasant walk with. Great views.

We love this marina. We've had our yacht here three times now and each time has been great. The travel lift and yard are also top-notch.

Just got back from a lovely days fishing on Tauranga charter boats. And what a lovely marina with some really great launches.... Clean tidy and well maintained.

Good spot take the kids for a fish off the wharf. Shame it keeps up with the bay of empty name tag. Still a nice little spot there and the kids love mucking around on the little beach

Stunning tauranga...a great place to sit and chill for the day..restaurant available on the marina which I have not been to but believe it is very good...and I believe Phil Rudd from Ac/dc lives here on his launch

Good marina and really helpful friendly staff. Showers and amenities are a bit tired but showers are free for berth holders which is a nice change.
