1st purchase -Excellent service helpful and professional...appreciated the wonderful delivery and installation of appliance and definately shopping there again. 2nd delivery installation very good ...however 3rd installation/purchase Haier 8kg has had water leakage problems from under sink to under washing machine ( never been an issue before with previous washing machines) until i get a plumber to sort it will be an ongoing battle between turning water off at tap connection and draining excess water from machine ? I would have called them back to fix but guessed the installer did it to the best of his ability in the 1st place.
