Lots of fun, kids love it. An reasonably priced as you can spend all day there.

They had a staff shortage on the day we went so food and coffee was late, but we understood. The play equipment needs a good vacuum as dust and hair was visible in the gaps between pads. Definitely use had Sanitizer for your children during play and after (pretty much for any public play area).

Honestly the best place in town to let the kids run wild! For hours, while I sit and watch with a yummy 😋 coffee! Awesome very accommodating staff. Cheers Chipmunks 🐿 Timaru we will be back again!! A grandparent raising a grandchild it is all round perfect! Coffee food and entertainment 😋

I am so impressed with Chipmunks Timaru! I took my two children for a treat on a day that was exceptionally busy! The staff were literally run off their feet, but the top notch service never faltered. We were served with smiles and the food still came out speedy and hot considering they had orders coming out their ears. The lady who served us chatted to my children, and went the extra mile. The food was delicious and my kids had a ball in the awesome playground. I highly recommend Chipmunks Timaru to anyone looking for somewhere fun to take their kids, great food and awesome service! Keep up the great work, we will most definitely be back.

Great place to take the kids. Awesome playground with giant inflatable slide, ball pits and game machines. Also a cafe with great coffee but poor range of food is as far as entertainment for adults goes. Socks are a must but can be purchased there.

Very impressed, having been to Dunedin's chipmunks, this one is far more spacious for the kids to really enjoy themselves without crashing into each other... Too much. Unfortunately all three coffee drinks were burnt, come on guys. Grandma didn't approve on that.

My 1year old caught hand foot and mouth from another little girl playing here. I know it probably seems unfair but there should be stricter rules around whether kids are allowed to come in and play if they have an obvious rash around their hands and mouth.

Good for the kids but they need more staff to run the place unprofessionally as service was slow and rubbish and plates building up. Party room could use sound deadening as all the noise reflects around the room.

Under new management. Have recently upgraded play area for smaller childern. Improvement to menus have allowed for s wider selection of choice when parents relax or wish to have a lunch with childern. Prices reflect new improvements though may reduce in future when business improves

Want to bad great place for kids to have fun all though seemed a tad understaffed and other parents there didn't seem to care about what there kids were doing our one year old daughter got cleaned out by a older kid throwing a moon hopper in an area that was ment for under 3's

(Translated) Our kids felt good. Parents are not allowed to slip ... but otherwise get involved. The slide is big, but the kiwis are not interested in what's on signs. We've stuck to it. (Original) Unsere Kids fühlten sich wohl. Eltern dürfen nicht mitrutschen...aber sonst mitmischen. Die Rutsche ist groß, aber die Kiwis interessiert nicht, was auf Schildern steht.😉 Wir haben uns dran gehalten.
