S.Following a very efficient emergency callout before Xmas, with a temporary fix, Aaron came back with the parts for a permanent replacement. Did a great job, and am very pleased. While here, he also sorted out a second lock on the same door that was badly placed. All in all, would recommend highly.

K.I cannot recommend Aaron enough. Although I didn’t have an emergency, Aaron was at my property in about an hour after I called and was immediately reassuring and informative about what could be done. He doesn’t charge a call-out fee which was great.
Honesty is what you want and need from a tradesperson and Aaron was exactly that. He cleared everything with me each step of the way and gave me prices upfront. He then did everything he could to try save my deadbolts but unfortunately we had called him too late. He then set us up with a temporary fix and ordered a new part and was back within less than 24 hours to fit the new part. He was friendly and chatty throughout and I would 100% recommend his services.
