Staff are wonderful & couldn't have been more friendly & helpful....they are always ready to answer any questions and went the extra mile to help my elderly mother with the washing machine she purchased and ordered in my son's computer speakers and price matched so we could buy within our own community....this is our go to store both for good service (far better than any others in the area) & good product....highly recommend!

We came, we saw, we purchased. They had the absolute best price and trust me - we had been to a lot of Appliance Stores looking for this oven. Thanks firstly to Stacey. Welcoming, polite, knowledgeable and really focused on you as the customer - even though there was a few people waiting at the counter, didn't get distracted, finished what needed to be done, sent us on our way. Very smiley too. Lord, how refreshing!!! She followed up as promised by getting Mike to contact us about our "newly purchased fab new Falcon Oven". Mike's communication, knowledge, follow-up is on another level - outstanding. We're not even local - living in Wellington and soon to be Kapiti but thanks to the fantastic service received we will be back! Excellent range of products here - much better than nearby competitor stores. They are also good to deal with. I got exactly what I wanted to buy at a good price. The store is a bit cluttered and slightly shabby. But this didn't get in the way of my shopping experience.

We’ve received consistently awesome service in the past, so much so that Newbolds was the first place we thought of when we decided to renovate our kitchen. Have bought a few appliances from Newbolds Masterton over the years. Always think I'll do the rounds and check all the appliance shops out, start at Newbolds and don't get any further. The TEAM NEWBOLDS MASTERTON are exceptional!!! This time I needed a new oven and top, NO IDEA WHERE TO START!!! We are not younger folk so have brought many appliances in many places.....but hey wish I had never been to the other places and only Newbolds in Upper Hutt they are just the best. Their after sales service is so fantastic nothing is too much trouble and when we had ongoing problems with one appliance they stuck like glue and kept on at the manufacturers again and again and will keep on for as long as we need them too. Have now replaced all our major appliances and brought a heat pump also plus a few smaller appliances from them in the past year and will never ever deal with any one else again, the whole team is beyond fantastic.

Absolutely the most helpful, cheery group of people to chat with. Any type of electrical thing-a-me-bob gadget from toasters to whiteware, blenders to gas stoves. Great deals when on sale, friendly advice when you haven't a clue what one type of Tv does compared to another. After having an issue with a competition company I discovered Newbolds. This has been a game changer, in a sea of incompetent appliance retailers, Mike T is an unsung hero in his trade. An absolute gentleman to deal with.
