Staff are wonderful & couldn't have been more friendly & helpful....they are always ready to answer any questions and went the extra mile to help my elderly mother with the washing machine she purchased and ordered in my son's computer speakers and price matched so we could buy within our own community....this is our go to store both for good service (far better than any others in the area) & good product....highly recommend!

Had a washer + dryer installed in my flat this morning by two awesome guys from here - they were SO nice, so quick and efficient at what they did! Thank you for your services :-)

Kevin and the team at New Bolds Upper Hutt are super helpful and have a pretty extensive knowledge of their product lines. If you're in need of home appliances or electronic consider stopping in.

We came, we saw, we purchased. They had the absolute best price and trust me - we had been to a lot of Appliance Stores looking for this oven. Thanks firstly to Stacey. Welcoming, polite, knowledgeable and really focused on you as the customer - even though there was a few people waiting at the counter, didn't get distracted, finished what needed to be done, sent us on our way. Very smiley too. Lord, how refreshing!!! She followed up as promised by getting Mike to contact us about our "newly purchased fab new Falcon Oven". Mike's communication, knowledge, follow-up is on another level - outstanding. We're not even local - living in Wellington and soon to be Kapiti but thanks to the fantastic service received we will be back! I tell you - a lot of buying gets decided by Customer Service and Newbolds Upper Hutt has it in bucket loads! Cheers Chris and (another) Mike.

I've never shopped at Newbolds, all I can say is I'll definitely be back. Really friendly and super helpful. Kevin showed alot of patients and didnt push the sale, really really recommend these guys. Well done and keep up the great customer service.👍👍👍👍

Excellent range of products here - much better than nearby competitor stores. They are also good to deal with. I got exactly what I wanted to buy at a good price. The store is a bit cluttered and slightly shabby. But this didn't get in the way of my shopping experience.

Excellent appliance store ... informative, friendly staff in an amply supplied, well layed-out shop offering a surprisingly good variety of products from top brands! Best of all, their prices are impressive. See for yourself...! Would definitely recommend and will be back in the near future to purchase household goods.

Very happy with the team at Newbolds - especially Kevin. We’ve received consistently awesome service in the past, so much so that Newbolds was the first place we thought of when we decided to renovate our kitchen. Kevin went out of his way to secure our new appliances and have them delivered in time for renovations to start.

First time shopper and Newbold’s will definitely be our first choice after our recent purchase. We bought a new refrigerator and shopped around the larger chains and then found Newbold’s. They had a lower price, quicker delivery and the best customer service ever! We added delivery to our purchase and for the first time I haven’t had to help carry the appliance up the stairs as they brought two delivery people. Can’t say in words how great the whole experience was.

Have bought a few appliances from Newbolds Masterton over the years. Always think I'll do the rounds and check all the appliance shops out, start at Newbolds and don't get any further. The TEAM NEWBOLDS MASTERTON are exceptional!!! This time I needed a new oven and top, NO IDEA WHERE TO START!!! My man was sssoo helpful, explained the ovens, gave me an excellent deal, (I had a budget) and made it all easy for me. Definitly recommend you try there first!!! JACQUE HOLBROOK GREYTOWN

Emailed them about matching a price on a TV I had seen on sale back home while on holiday and was unable to purchase. They were happy to match it even a day late and held one for me until I picked it up. Even helped me load it into the car! Fantastic service.

We are not younger folk so have brought many appliances in many places.....but hey wish I had never been to the other places and only Newbolds in Upper Hutt they are just the best. Their after sales service is so fantastic nothing is too much trouble and when we had ongoing problems with one appliance they stuck like glue and kept on at the manufacturers again and again and will keep on for as long as we need them too. Have now replaced all our major appliances and brought a heat pump also plus a few smaller appliances from them in the past year and will never ever deal with any one else again, the whole team is beyond fantastic.

Cool place to get all of the appliances you need and want for your home and the staff are like no other people you've ever met absolutely fantastic people in this store

Nothing beats going local. These are friendly and VERY knowledgable staff. Shout out to Kevin a real pleasure to deal with.

Absolutely the most helpful, cheery group of people to chat with. Any type of electrical thing-a-me-bob gadget from toasters to whiteware, blenders to gas stoves. Great deals when on sale, friendly advice when you haven't a clue what one type of Tv does compared to another. Mike is the man with the plan every time I have a stove or fridge freezer clap out in any of our managed rentals. Great team, keep smiling :- )

After having an issue with a competition company I discovered Newbolds. This has been a game changer, in a sea of incompetent appliance retailers, Mike T is an unsung hero in his trade. An absolute gentleman to deal with. I have been meaning to post this review for almost 6 months and just finally getting around to it as in that time I haven’t found local service than can hold a candle to Mike’s customer handling.
