Great place for a BBQ with the family.ily, walking the dogs, play park for toddlers and young ones. Splash pool for the hot days. Great disc golf course.

This is the best park in the valley. 9/10. Big kids play ground has only one main climbing centre with the redo and that's lame. Kiddies playground is excellent next to the toddler pool. Summer toddler pool is top notch. We are also huge fans of the kiddie roads for biking in the back of the park. Loads of space for families to enjoy year round.

This park contains lots of different activities, such as a newly refurbished kids playground, a scooter and bike course, a frizby golf course, a bbq and picnic area, a sound shell and a splash park area. The area is surrounded by beautiful established trees. There are also lots of different parking areas. Lots of free outdoor fun for all the family and definitely worth a visit for a family picnic or just for a play.

Poor selection of equipment despite recent upgrade. Lots of BBQ areas though, little 'road' area for kids with bikes. Lots of grassy spots for ball games and also has Frisbee golf. Toddler area has outdoor pool which is great. Toilets are gross! Bags for dog walkers provided. Also a water fountain for people and dogs! Fair amount of parking. Lots of trails.

Our favorite family spot, local to us has a bike section for the kids, big kids playground and little kids playground with a toddler splash pool that's perfect for the little ones and is free. BBQ, picnic tables and for those inclined there is Frisbee course

Fantastic park full of alsorts of gems from great play grounds for the kids through to enchanting bush walks through blooming Pohutukawa trees. The small pool and splash pad is a must in the hot sun. There is a concert stage for times to sit back and enjoy. If you want, there is still plenty of room for some cricket or touch Rugby with friends. Facilities are well kept, even the public toilets are beautifully clean.

Facilities spotless. Caravan sites was good. We stayed one night. Sites were hard stand, some grass sites available. Lovely spot, with native pidgeons etc in trees.

Great place to take the family for a good ol summer bbq. It has 2 play areas which is good for the children to run around in and explore. Spacious open area to throw the ball around and even the frisbee. All in all great place for a family day out.

Fantastic fun for 5 and unders. No big kids dominating the fun pool area. Plenty of seating, lots of shade, great amenities, brilliant playground, perfect atmosphere.

What a great park, plenty of room to stretch out, playground for kids and trees galore to enjoy. It has pathways and tracks for the kids to use their scooters around..

It's a beautiful park to spend a day out with the family. There are activities for kids as well as we can do a lot of walk around the park on a track, or play some sports in spacious lawns

Excellent park with playground for all ages. I have only been here a couple of times but there is much more to explore. There is a good toilet block, amphitheatre, barbecues, amazing splash pad, bush walk, plus the playground with flying fox. There's probably much more as well!
