I love this park for my dog and I... Great area to walk my girl . I love the trees, love seeing other dogs and their humans out and also awesome to see so many families enjoying the new park . Look forward to when the sprinklers are on at the field on a hot day, for me and my dog to play in with others .

I spent 3hours their with my 4 kids so much fun when your in that mood of playing with your kids enjoyed it so much. Carparks are bit hard to get because it can get quite busy but overall really fun... Best to bring some scooters for your kids to make it extra fun for the kids 😎

Great place yo walk little doglet. Always people about playing tennis, football practice in progress & parents out with their children. The miniature railway is sometimes in operation...very popular when it is.

Visited this fantastic facility for football for National Age Group Tournament. Great surface for the boys to play on and ensure that there is available playing surface in the wet winter months

Great playground to take the grandchildren to, awesome equipment and a scooter track and skate park

Great place to bring kids, plenty of things to keep them busy. Outside of summer, the slides get a lot of dew in the morning so best to wait until midday when it's warmer. There's a skate park as well for the more adventurous.

Best park in the whole Wellington region right now. Something for everyone. Car parking can be a little tricky.

Love these grounds, ample parking. Fields are awesome, toilets are well maintained!! Always some club fundraising so hot food avail.

Great sports venue with an incredible playground and skate park opening in April. Fantastic walking tracks and above all, a competition grade Downhill Mountain Bike track and an incredible jump line.

Best park for a break for the kids, mean as skate park.

Fantastic playground a must do

Easy parking to drop children to their sports games. There was even a coffee cart to provide comfort to waiting parents. Not sure if this is regular, but was happy to see it. It's near to mitre10 which for Saturday morning sports would be handy for coffee and a scone.

Good tennis courts (3) plus a wall to play against. There is a good astro turf for hockey and a minuscule one for little games or a practice. A massive field for football which I have never played on but if it is anything like the tennis courts and astro turf it will be great.

I was there for rugby game, but the facilities are excellent, the new kids facilities will be the best I've seen. The sports facilities are excellent.

Fantastic park. Ideal for taking your kids along to either watch you play 😀 or to have a run around themselves 😁👍. Always good to see recycling bins inside the Clubrooms and a water fountain that provides chilled water for post match hydration. Thanks also for the hot food Maidestone Park. Absolutely delicious.

Great fields. Well kept and plenty of room for all. Just noticed there's also a double tennis court at the back of 1 of the pitches. Toilets leave a bit to be desired, but that's public toilets and messy people for you.

It's a great sports facility. It's a shame that the changing rooms are not between hockey and football grounds. So it's a long walk from hockey pitch if you want a quick run to bathrooms.

Pretty nice play areas for people of all ages. Tables and seating in the sun and shade. Public toilets are reasonable. There's a drinking fountain.

A fantastic sports complex with astro turf soccer fields, tennis courts, petanque, kids play ground, dog walking area as well as the family friendly model railway all set in lovely grounds with beautiful old trees. Something for everyone and Mitre 10 shopping and substantial cafeteria across the road.

Spacious park. Areas divided for age group. Flying fox is the highlight for my 7 year old. Skateboard park, tennis, football facilities nearby. Has public toilets and lots of parking on site, off street or across the road (Briscoes/Mitre 10)

Nice park for kids

Took my 4yr old to the park for the first time.. wish they had better upgraded equipments and some more kids play items.. but overall was pleased that we have this space.. wish there was more playgrounds for children in upper hutt.

Lovely little park, nice place to wander, good paths & parking is adjacent. Also has rubbish bins & some benches. Many Many Pokémon things going on too!

Great skatepark and playground for the kids, a variety of fantastic walking paths. There is also a fabulous sports centre containing football, rugby, hockey and tennis courts.

Found in Upper Hutt, Maidstone Max has a good variety of playground activities, a few more than your standard. Also has a good skate park.

Lovely open park with walking tracks, mature trees and lots of grass area. There are great areas for organised sport or practice available to the public, if not booked or occupied. Rugby fields, petanque ground, artificial turfs for hockey, tennis and football are all well maintained. There is even a miniature railway! Check out the skate park, flying fox and adventure playground too. Overall a very fun place to visit that is well kept and tidy. There is parking available and if you're interested - quite a few pokestops.

Big play ground. Separate play area's for tiny tots vs bigger kids. Getting a bit older now, the equipment all works though. (Nov 2018)

A beautiful multi-purpose park set against the hill. Rugby, soccer, field hockey, skatepark, children's playground, petanque, picnic under the trees, dog walk. Short walk to the railway station.

My family had lunch at smokin bbq and grill filipino style bbq. The food was awesome and have reasonable prices.

Surprisingly good, especially considering the fact that is bordered by an industrial area on two sides. Great for both meditating and spending time chatting with friends, or having picnics.
